Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms

significant discount. Too bad really because we used to stay here in the past and it was good.

There were NO thought to containing the construction. Areas that absolutely could have been plasticed and tapped off were not. You literally walk through the construction. Its really unbelievable a company this size would allow this as there are so many possible liabilities its unreal. If a child was to step in any direction off the main path way that all guest must walk through an injury could take place extremely quickly. Staff mentioned that the work was supposed to be completed months prior and they were having issues with keeping contractors. This explains a lot as I highly doubt they are holding the contractors to any form of logic and common sense of their guests experience and pretty much letting the contractors control and dictate the process. There again for such a large company to have zero oversight of something like this is wild. Plain and simple i would never ever stay there again and and definitely makes me question if I would ever stay at a La Quinta again. Wyndham do better!

Exceptional

Super fast check in, polite staff Crowded pool & hot tub, but it could've just been a busy night,

Nicely renovated room Main floor under construction. Booking.com did not relay this info. Total chaos. No elevator. Reception was in a back room. Breakfast was a joke with prepackaged junk food and nothing hot, no place to sit.
-
Our room was OK. We didn’t like paying full price due to the construction mess and lack of advertised amenities.
-
the room was clean, bed was comfortable, restaurant was walking distance they are under construction

No one let us know $425 later that this business was under construction! The clerk only keyed our room for one night so we had to go 3 floors down at 11 pm and have it fixed to get in our room. No towels in the pool room Sunday morning. Construction dust everywhere and very noisy close to our room. Disappointed!

Moved floors due to loud dogs - new room front lock doesn’t work - fridge doesn’t work - shower doesn’t work . It was bad
-
Staff We ordered 2 deluxe queen beds and instead got two saggy double beds.

Very poor

Everything was great. Staff was friendly. But when we made it to our room it wasn't what I expected. The room we booked had a small table with chairs (which we were going to use for a board game) and a jetted tub. But when we went into our room it was missing both. The couch was comfortable and there was plenty of room for table an chairs. A coffee table would have been nice. Just disappointed the description of what we booked didn't match what we got.

Close to the freeway after a long day driving. Our room was large, a very nice surprise. Pool looked inviting. Breakfast was kinda make shift due to remodeling but was ok. Nice gal attendant. All the remodeling didn’t make it feel welcoming. Had to walk around areas being worked on. Dusty. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Felt we were interrupting them in their make do office room.

This place is under construction and is dirty because of that. I got two rooms and one of them smelled like sewer. We switched which was fine. If I had known it was under construction I wouldn’t have stayed here.

The hotel was undergoing construction and repairs. They had us on the ground floor where all this was taking place place. They had drywall dust and electrical cords all over the place. Why not just shut down the ground floor until the renovation was completed. The room had a noisy AC unit and could hear all the outside traffic and noises. Really disappointed

Requested a tub in my room, was given a room with a bathtub covered in dirty footprints. Had to call down 2 times no answer at the desk, left a note, still nothing done, stopped down and staff claimed we were out of luck for the night.

I had a late check in and staff member was very polite and helpful. Parking lot too small

Easy to find location. I booked this months ago but didn’t find out until a day before that they were under construction. The hallways were a mess and there were limited rooms. We checked in and an hour later another guest walked into our room because he had been assigned the same one. It was awkward to say the least. The pool had dead bugs in it even though it’s in a building and our beds looked clean but the rug didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. Not to mention the breakfast that is supposed to be included is just muffins and fruit. Save your money and your sanity and stay somewhere else.
