Jackie and Pam made the breakfast and food prep was top notch everyday for 8 days I was there. Staff was always helpful with any questions or needs.

Room was nice and staff was friendly.

Renovated room
-
Property was under a remodel and check-in staff were very unfriendly almost rude.
-
The room was nice!!! Clean, friendly staff. After a 11 hour drive, I was hoping to sit in the hot tub but it was closed. The pool was cold for my liking so I didnt get to utilize these two perks

The Staff ! Every last one of them were amazingly polite, helpful and kind! Very outdated, definitely needs a face lift wayyyyyyyyyyyyy overpriced!
-
The property and rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.
-
The breakfast was fantastic! The coffee was very very and good and it was nice to sit outside with the creek. The staff were so very nice. It was a bit loud with the highway so close, so we kept the window closed. A little uneasy that the door to one of our rooms had a gap wide enough to see light through. Had our family deadbolt for sure at night.

Remodeled room was ok, pillows were terrible Guests were very noisy until after midnight Staff was fine The rest of the building was in disarray from the remodel! Construction needed to be better isolated from the guests Definitely was not worth the price of the room We didn’t even stay for the breakfast Will not stay there again
-
Just okay for the $320 price of the room. Hard beds, cramped rooms, way too high of price for the hotel 320.
-
Great set up and very clean
-
No complaints, good stay.

I booked this room for my Husband and Grandson. They said the room was very nice and comfortable. the breakfast was good and lots to offer. I specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool and spa. They said the pool was great but they were very disappointed that the spa was not operational.
-
They are renovating the hotel, but it was still a good place to stay. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Having celiac disease, it is hard to find safe food to eat at hotel breakfasts. They had gluten free packaged muffins and fruit! It was so appreciated.
-
Staff is very helpful, accommodating and gracious.
-
The front desk staff was friendly. As was the person working the breakfast area.Bed was comfortable. Room was too small for a family of 4. Remote control was sticky. Pool area floor was disgusting. Hotel room door doesn't seal fully, leaving a gap to let in light and sound from the hall as well as other rooms as none of the doors were on correctly.
-
Very clean, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast!

At check in I was ignored for about 5 minutes, the girl on duty had her baby which is fine but was distracted. The hotel is being remodeled and we were put on the floor with all the rooms torn apart. The first room we were put in had all the workers left over food so we were moved to another.
-
Jackie, the breakfast lady was awesome. All the staff very friendly. They did an excellent job of bringing fresh towels and taking trash out daily. We had 2 queen beds and the space was pretty tight, not very spacious but clean.
-
Easy to find right off the interstate. Having to go out and around to get to the hot tub. Also didn’t like the low bed.
