Comfort Inn Missoula North Shopping District

Staff was helpful, property was clean, pool and laundry after a late check in were much appreciated and the kids enjoyed breakfast!

This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. My family just stayed one night and there were five of us. They brought an extra cot into the room so the five of us could fit. I had three teenagers. It was a little tight but for one night it was perfect. We used the pool and hot tub. Very clean. The toilet seats could be heated. Good water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay there again.

I think the hotel was dated. Definitely need to update the carpets. Looks old. And the room we stayed in has an unpleasant smell. I wasn't impressed with the breakfast. Sorry.

Our room was clean. The bathroom is giant with big shower and big mirrors.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was immaculate and the room are actually very nice for the price point. And the bathroom is beautiful. Thevery layout in the bathroom is very unique. Usually they have the long sinks on the right and a tub and shower on the left. This one had a sink in a corner and beautiful clear glass shower.The bedding is wonderful. I loved the king bed and the pillows were perfect. I didn’t use the TV at all because I had my iPad so I don’t know there but everything was super easy from check in to check out and I really appreciate all the hard work the staff puts in to make it that way.

The night shift worker (LeeAnn?) was exceptional and went out of her way to accommodate guests. She fielded a number of issues from whiny guests and turned minor complaints into helpful solutions. She’s an outstanding employee.

Tidy rooms. Quiet location.

Booked to stay at the shopping district location but was told there was flooding and could be moved to university district location or have a king bed instead of 2 queen. Which was difficult as we have 3 children 2 adults. The move was fine except no pool which is a disappointment for kids. The other location was cleanish minus behind the beds was hairy :/

Good variety for breakfast. Room bathrooms were amazing heated toilet seats, large shower with excellent pressure. Even a small bench to enjoy the water of the creek near the building. Nothing

Clean, well maintained

Everything was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was one of the better ones II’ve had in a while. Yogurt, eggs, fresh cooked bacon, home style potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, make your own waffles, plenty of bread choices, juice, coffee. Very pleasant experience!

It was a really nice room. Beds were comfy.

Clean, comfortable, good location and the stream was rather enjoyable. Pretty good breakfast as well! Will be staying again.
