Everything was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast ok, room ok , bathroom cramped
-
Breakfast was good although we were there towards 9 so there wasn’t a lot left.
-
Zero complaints. Let us gave a 3am check in from traveling. Very helpful. We'd stay again

The staff there are fantastic. They are always willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have, offer suggestions, and just ensure you're having a good time. They're truly amazing!

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent. Both sides of the bed had bedside tables. We don’t think the hotel is particularly well managed. The room was clean on a day-to-day level, but solidly in need of a deep cleaning. The stairs had food on the carpet during our visit. I don’t think anyone is in charge of wandering the property to look for issues. The staff did not appear to have an allergen list for the breakfast food, or know much about what ingredients might be in the food.

The staff was amazing, every single person I encountered was polite and offered assistance in some way. We originally book two nights but had a change of plans and the hotel was able to accommodate us in adjusting our stay. The hotel is older so it shows some of it’s age, but the room was clean. There was no pool which disappointed the children. The breakfast had decent options.

Checking in was fast and easy. It looked very dark not enough lighting. My room was dirty, it smelled like cigarettes. The sheets had stains, the bathroom had hair everywhere. It was just not it, never staying there again. Sorry but very disappointed.

Cheap stay for 1 night. Basic room. Breakfast was a joke. Only waffles available at 8:15 the busiest time. Bathroom is tiny. Really just a renamed Econlodge.
-
No comfortable chair in room. Office chair only. Tiny bathroom. TV was unavailable because of weather? Renamed or not this is still just a cheap Econolodge. Breakfast buffet needs someone besides desk clerk to mailtain it. He was busy checking people out and all that was abvailable at 8:15 (the busiest time) was the waffle maker! If you advertise breakfast it shound be available the entire open time! I ending going to Butte Perkins for breakfast.

This was a great little hotel and wish there were others by this operator at the other stops along the way during our road trip to Yellowstone and Mt. Rushmore. NA

The hotel was right on a main road, so, easy to get to. The room was clean enough, and staff were pleasant. Two complaints: first, the water in the shower never got really hot. I let it run for a long time. The more serious complaint: there was no milk of any kind at breakfast. And no cold cereal except the granola that was to be used as a topping on waffles. There were staff all around. Why couldn't one of them have gone to a nearby store and bought milk? My husband eats cold cereal every morning so he had to use the granola for the waffle topping, and open about 12 of the little containers of cream that were available for coffee. Also, the hotel seemed to be hoarding small yogurts.

Breakfast was ok but disappointing. I can’t eat gluten and my options were very limited. I wish they had an oatmeal option and fresh fruit. Our shower was poorly maintained. It drained slowly, the water was only lukewarm warm and the shampoo bottle was empty. Also, the room refrigerator didn’t have a freezer compartment. So there was no way to refreeze the ice packs for my cooler bag.

No shower hot water, bathroom tub extremely slick, no grab bar in shower, poor tv reception, loose toilet seat

The facility and room was very clean and well maintained. The staff checking us in and out were very friendly, helpful and willing to assist upon any request. Easy access to the interstate to facilitate our road trip. The breakfast in the morning was good and had variety. Nothing that I can recall.
-
Our room was spacious, but the AC unit was terribly noisy---kept us awake all night. Bathroom was dirty, and shampoo & body wash dispensers were empty. Breakfast items were gone by 8:00 am, so much for "free breakfast." Coffee was undrinkable. There was only one overworked person on staff to handle everything, including breakfast and check-outs.. Hire more people!
-
Large room, very clean. My husband really liked your exercise room. Can't think of a thing.

The facility is in need of a deep cleaning and upgrade. Breakfast was lackluster.
