Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn

Very friendly and cheerful staff. Room was pleasant, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional--lots options, not the usual 'continental' fare offered at most hotels. Beautiful spa area with pool, hot tub & sauna.

Very clean and the staff I talked to was very helpful and friendly. There should be more band width for all of the televisions. We did everything the directions told us to do and on the screen it only said loading. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Stayed for my daughters birthday. This is her favorite hotel in missoula because the pool is big and heated, she loves the breakfast and the kind staff and i loved the suana and steam room. the suite was huge and nice!

Outdated dirty unfriendly

The laundry facility has been upgraded with new machines, and the front desk had plenty of change to use in the machines along with detergent . The breakfast is always the highlight of the stay . The breakfast staff is just the right number to keep breakfast items replenished as needed, and the variety of food items is a plus, especially the fruit . I wish other B.W. motels would provide the food items you do . The initial room I was given was room 330.....unfortunately, the vent outlet in the hallway was too noisy, I could not sleep,and it seemed to resonate with the adjacent duct work, so I had to ask for a different room which I was given, 304 .

One of most well maintained property. And the continental breakfast was well maintained and fresh!

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. My dad needed an accessible room and it was set up really well. Easy to get around with a walker and even the wheel chair. Room was quiet and clean.

Hotel was updated and clean. Breakfast included a wide variety of options. Only minor inconvenience was related to another customer who left a barking dog alone in their room for 20 minutes early in the morning.

Location accessibility to restaurants freeway and shopping It was very loud in the room I could people from above below and outside of my room I could hear showers running and toilets flushing all night

Clean, comfortable room. Quiet despite proximity to the highway. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very decent breakfast. Overall, good value for the money in a convenient location for passing through Missoula. Everything was fine.

Hot tub was great, very hot . Breakfast was good with many choices . Every one was friendly, helpful and it was what you want in hotel stay. You want a pool, it's good
