Nice hotel, although they could not accomodate a 1st floor pet-friendly room with a week advance notice. But we managed with the elevator.

I loved everything about my room except the price was expensive. This seems to be the case in that area for all of the good hotels. Staff was fantastic and I greatly appreciated the shuttle to airport very early in a.m. + the brown bag breakfast since I missed the free breakfast. I also loved the caring message left in my room from management. Too pricey- below $200 / night would be great.

Room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The front desk lady who checked us in was so quick, friendly and helpful. Slept wonderful on comfortable bed. Room was quiet. Our stay was great.

Great property in a good location close to restaurants and stores. Room was big and nice but smelled of cigarettes so not able to give full stars. Staff very kind & good breakfast.

Sadie was wonderful at check-in. Desk staff were interested in my three day stay and became like family. Welcoming me home every night and asking how the day went. Excellent breakfast!!!! Room was super quiet and pillows offered a choice of firmness. Best place to stay in Missoula.

The entire stay was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast served was excellent and worth highlighting as a high point. Everything was awesome as was our stay. My kids loved the pool facilities and it made it a great place to escape the heat and smoke. The only thing that was a slight bummer was the broken ice machine on the 4th floor but it wasn't a big deal because there were other ice machines
