Everything was A++ except when I got home they had charged my credit card for 1 room I had already paid for them the day they were booked through you. I called them -got a person who said they could not help me only management could-So I was charged an extra $152.44 . They have not called or gave my money back to this point . So not very HAPPY!! Like I said the room was great. Most of the time, it was good Definitely needs a elevator and the shower squeaked when you stepped on it.

The build it yourself breakfast was exceptional: fruit, waffles, pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, juices, oatmeal...

Breakfast window went from 6:30-9:30 and was well stocked and tasty. Room was clean and well maintained aside from curtains. Late night staff was efficient and friendly.

It was a good location. Did not have elevators. We had lots of luggage. Side door did not work with the key card. Blow dryer did not work. Had already taken a shower and hair was all wet before I knew. Took a bit but receptionist brought a working hair dryer.

This hotel was amazingly clean and comfortable.

We did request a ground floor room due to having an adult with motor skill issues and we were able to get that. However, the room was so musty and stuffy. Not sure if there was a previous water leak in there or if it was just from the pool area that was close by (though the pool was behind a locked door). So even though it was 100 degrees outside, the a/c couldn't really do much against the humidity in the room. And the smell was a lot. There was also bathroom items left in the shower from the previous guest (used bar of soap resting on the shampoo/conditioner dispenser) and dirty walls in the bathroom (that were easily wiped clean so not permanently stained). Not sure about breakfast, I thought it was open until 10 but went out just after 930 and they were cleaning up. I did ask one of the guys cleaning if we could just get a bowl of cereal and got looked at as if I was a huge inconvenience (but he did allow it, no milk though). I don't fault the hotel for this...maybe I was told breakfast was over at 930 and just misheard. Either way, the smell of the room and the condition of the room would probably prevent us from booking here again.

While the property overall was ok, the cleanliness of the room was very questionable. Upon checking in, my group and I started unloading our luggage when we discovered crumbs and dirt on the floors. Normally I would not have said anything, however, one of the travelers in our party has a severe (i.e. possible death) peanut allergy so when we saw a peanut on the floor, it caused great alarm. I explained the situation to the front desk & asked for gloves and disinfectant. The employee obliged, but never said 'sorry' or offered assistance. After removing the peanut and disinfecting every surface including the floors, we felt we would be safe enough to stay (since all other rooms and hotels in the area were completely booked.) When it was time to go to bed, we pulled back the covers to discover another issue with the cleanliness... The sheets had clearly gone through the wash, as they appeared clean and smelled of bleach, but there was a large wad of something sticky (gum, tape, stickers?) causing the sheets to ball up and stick together. I don't know how they were even able to get the sheets on the bed without noticing it. The staff quickly brought a new set of sheets, but again, no apology or offer to correct it themselves. Upon checking out, the front desk asked how our stay was, and was appalled when I gave her the rundown. She apologized profusely and stated it was unacceptable. She said she would make sure to tell management - which I appreciated.

No one was around during breakfast to keep things stocked or cleaned during those few hours. If things ran out an hour before breakfast ended no one really knew about it on a timely basis
