They allowed an early check in.

Bathroom still had hair from previous occupant. The fridge made load noises all night.

Breakfast was the usual hotel fare - not bad, but not great.

I honestly do not understand how this hotel has a multiple star rating. Our stay was a massive disappointment from start to finish.The front desk staff were rude and unhospitable every time we came in—that is, when there was actually someone working the desk. Never even a hello or a smile from any worker we passed. Cleanliness is a major issue here. I watched an employee work the front desk, clean, and restock the breakfast area using the exact same pair of gloves without ever changing them, all while touching everything and texting on his phone. It was completely unsanitary. Furthermore, while the rooms looked okay on the surface, the housekeeping carts in the halls were completely empty of actual cleaning products.The facilities are equally bad. Our room keys deactivated every single time we left the hotel. We were placed on the second floor with no elevators, and the property lacks ADA accessibility. To top it off, the pool was freezing cold, not maintained and never warmed up during our stay, the room fridge barely stayed cool, and the shower squealed loudly during use.Very poor service, outdated facilities, and terrible hygiene. Look elsewhere.

Clean comfortable room.

I did not spend much time there as I was in town for a death in my family. Everything looked clean and the small amount of interaction with staff was good. Check in was the fastest I’ve ever experienced.

Desk staff was not very happy to be there at our check in.

Hot tub was out of order with a sign that said repair TBD. This tells me they don’t know what they are doing or don’t care.

Everything was great! The only complaint was there was no elevator. Other than that, very nice stay. Wonderful staff! Great location. Comfy room!

Great stay. Place was super clean. Staff was friendly. Pool/hottub was clean and well maintained.

The staff was very nice even if they couldn't help. Also they did a good job cleaning the room while we were there.

Doesn’t impress at first glance compared to all the new properties in the area but nicely maintained inside. Convenient location and good restaurant next door.
