Hilton Garden Inn Missoula

Not happy that I had to join Hilton Honors to access wifi. A bit of strong arm tactics.

Clean rooms, good parking and location was good.

Such a wonderful hotel and staff. Highlights were Pam at the breakfast buffet - 100000 watt smile and absolutely marvelous in every way. Everything was outstanding as well!!

Clean A bit expensive

Room was next to the elevator. I asked for another and was told she couldn't change my room even though the hotel was less than half full. I asked for creamer for the coffee maker and was told it was in the room. We looked in the room again, nothing there. She told us to go and look for some on the breakfast tables. They charge $7 for parking in their lot. The gentleman at the desk was very nice. You also had to buy your own breakfast.

Very clean property

Rooms and public areas were very clean and pleasant. Parking was atrocious but I believe the hotel was packed! The staff was hit or miss. Before we checked in they gave an individual NOT on the reservations details about MY reservation. That made me very uncomfortable. Breakfast seemed to be ran different than many hotels and the staff running breakfast were not nice at all. Beds were very uncomfortable for all 8 of us staying. Overall the place was nice but I would find other accommodations before booking here again.

I so wish that Hilton Garden Inn properties included breakfast like so many Hilton properties do. But, this is the only downside I could find to staying here. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when I’m next in Missoula.

Staff was friendly but not well informed. A maintenance man was very helpful and directed us to a great restaurant. The TV was not working.

Poor parking because parking lot was being resurfaced.

Was little parking so we had to park on the street which was slightly inconvenient but other than that our stay was great, comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff

The hotel was beautiful and is in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only two complaints: 1) the breakfast is not free like in other Hilton properties. For a breakfast you have to pay for, the quality was not good. It was fine for a free breakfast but if you have to pay for it, I would suggest going out to one of the numerous restaurants in town. 2) the drain in my shower appeared to not have been cleaned out for some time. When I started the shower, the water would not drain and almost flooded the bathroom. Since I was in a hurry and already in the shower, I had to clean it out myself, which was absolutely disgusting. It was obvious that it had not been cleaned out for some time so I don't believe it was just missed this one time. That is something that should be checked and cleaned every time.

Excellent hotel. Everything perfect.

Very clean and close to the airport. Loved that they had a shuttle to and from the airport. The fitness room has free weights and very clean. Impressive. Shout out to Rebecca whom arranged our late night pickup from the airport. John made our check in easy. The two drivers were friendly and helpful. Very pleased with our stay. Can’t think of anything.

Excellent stay aside from the waitress who grabbed my arm out of frustration! I couldn’t believe it! I was like excuse you can’t grab me like that!

Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Hilton hotel. Busy (not a bad thing)
