Staybridge Suites Missoula by IHG

The hot tub was broken, the toilet seat was brokenand the faucet was broken. The TV streaming was not working. So none of this was told to me when booking hotel. The cost of the room was so high even though these things were broken. I had to buy a streaming devise and request maintenance twice. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Buffett breakfast was great. Lots of options. Room was nice. Pool was small

The breakfast was delicious. Staff was very helpful. The basketball court was definitely a plus The pool was very small. And I didn’t find it professional to watch staff hanging around outside and vaping during their stand up meeting in the morning outside.

The room was great and every single staff member I interacted with was fantastic. From check in, to breakfast, to my ride to the airport, they were all incredibly kind and helpful.

Huge rooms and the property is veryclean great breakfast

The location was convenient to the airport and there were several restaurants nearby. The area is a hotel district and not particularly charming. Breakfasts were better than some we had during our travels, but not European hotel quality. E.g., eggs in warming dishes.

The breakfast has many varieties and the foods are good. We like the spacious room size. The only complain is the The parking lot that has small spaces between cars and share spaces with the hotel next door.

We were in Missoula for a wedding. Different location was not available to put flowers together. Our hotel allowed us to use the breakfast room for 3 hours. It was amazing to have all of the room needed. Staff was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel!

We really like this Hotel, but this recent stay was not our best. The room had a very musty/smoke smell. Staff was very kind a brought us some room spray, but the room still had an odor. We’ll definitely be back, but hopefully have a better room.

The beds were very comfortable and the two bedroom suite worked perfectly for myself and my six children. There was dog food on the carpet by the couch. It could have been cleaner.

Room was clean and a very nice size. It had a fridge and mini kitchen with a stove top. Breakfast was fine. Very clean facility and we'll maintained. I would definitely stay again. Close to lots of food options and stores.

Good location, apologetic front desk, comfortable otherwise. They had asked us to move rooms earlier in the day, which was no problem for us- they said they gave us a discounted rate for switching, but I don’t believe it was ever actually credited. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. What appeared to be pubic hairs on the towel draped over the tub, and similar hairs behind the bathroom door. Such a bummer. Front desk took off $50, but still didn’t seem like enough.

I have stayed at this franchise many times and have never been disappointed. This facility was no different.

FREE LAUNDRY!! Good food, fountain drinks with Coke products. Pool and hot tub, basketball court outdoor grill. Exceed expectations. Best on our 2 week trip.

We liked everything about the property. We stayed here the first and last night of our trip. On both occasions the desk attendants were extremely pleasant and efficient. The suite was larger than other, similar, locations, where we had stayed...and the suite very clean. The breakfast buffet was good, hot, and clean and again, the staff attending the dining area were also very, friendly. My only suggestion was that there would be an actual door separating the living room area from the bedroom area...it looked as though there used to be a door which had been removed...maybe it is a rule/regulation that you can't have a solid door. We would definitely stay again.
