The staff is great here. The hotel is clean. The only complaints I have are that the parking lot fills up quickly and there’s a lot of door slamming, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

The room and amenities were very clean and helpful. I wish the had a better sorce of water to fill our water bottles. The one in the gym had an aweful taste.

We did not like access from the back of the hotel was not available so we had to walk through the rain to a side door.

We did not have hot water. I spoke to the front desk in person and told them the first night and was told they would contact maintenance. When we got back for our 2nd night late that evening we still had trouble with the hot water. Upon checking out the next morning I told Katie at the front desk again and suggested they better not rent out that room before they fixed the problem and was told she would speak to her boss about seeing if we could get some credit back on the price we paid but I’m sure nothing will be done Very disappointed in our stay
