The breakfast was pretty good. The location was excellent as every type of store needed was not very far. There was a strong perfume smell in our room that would never go away.

Beds, pillows uber comfortable. No insulation whatsoever. Guests walking the halls talking at full volume literally 2 and 3 am. Being able to hear the neighbors’ TV, shower, discussions. Bought my own toilet paper bc theirs is so cheap.

I had a completely unacceptable experience here. After a long trip, we arrived and checked into our room, only to find it hadn't been cleaned. There were crumbs all over the floor and the trash bin was full of garbage left by the previous guest.When we brought this to the front desk, the staff actually argued with us, stating that "room service wouldn't be until the morning." They completely failed to understand that we had just checked into the room and expected it to be ready.After a frustrating ordeal, they finally gave us another room, but this lack of basic attention to cleanliness and severe communication breakdown with the front desk makes it impossible for me to recommend staying here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I was really impressed with how clean, well kept everything was. My room was big and comfortable. Best part was the coffee and hot breakfast every day!

We also found that there were not enough towels provided in the room upon arrival and had to request additional ones from the front desk. While staff did provide them, it would have been better if the room had been properly stocked from the start. Breakfast was okay, but not up to the standard we’ve experienced here in the past. By around 8:30 a.m., they had already run out of yogurt and did not restock the cinnamon rolls, which was frustrating. We’ve stayed at this hotel at least twice a year and it has always been our go-to spot. However, based on this most recent experience, I’m now considering trying a different hotel for future visits.
