The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not to my liking, but I was able to buy something to eat from the front desk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good. The room was cool just the way I like it. I thought the hotel was a very good stay for a traveler.

Great price and location for the family event we attended. Easy to get to and with ample parking. Lots of stores and restaurants around. Options at the Continental breakfast was good as well.

Everyone was so nice , going out their way to please us with the A/C -Noe. And replacing our microwave - Michael. Just the room not being constantly cold. Breakfast could have been better.

The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms and facilities were very clean.

The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby after a very long day. The continental breakfast was great too.

Beds were comfortable. However, the room had a heavy musty odor. The other rooms our family occupied also had a musty odor. We had to go purchase a room spray just to try to tolerate being in the room. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke also.

The location was good, for my purpose… Great Wi-Fi and connectivity for cable cables and such in the room… TV was big. On my first night when I got in bed, I noticed that my sheets smelled like urine. Because it was late I moved to the second bed in the room… But it also smelled like urine. First thing in the morning I stripped both beds all the way to the mattress pad, and had housekeeping change both sets of sheets, which they did… Unbelievable that they would allow this to happen.

I have requested to change the room but staff was very rude and not helping at all. Worst experience i have gad in this hotel.

Everything was good at check in/out staff was very attentive. As soon as I walked into my room I could smell a weird smell of dog pee and it was very humid in there. Even when turning up the AC it remained persistent. There was something sticky on the bathroom door knob. GROSS and bathroom counters were also dirty.

Everything was nice. Michael, the front desk agent that checked me in, was very kind and helpful. The room was clean. There were no issues.
