Great overnight stay with family. The property is just about a 10-minute drive from Arches National Park, making it a very convenient location. It’s an excellent place for families and friends, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay close to the park.

Clean and comfortable Check in was delayed for one hour. Staff mentioned that they would contact us once the room was ready but never did.

Room was huge, great local, beautiful views, awesome pool/hot tub area. Free breakfast!! Nothing

Clean and comfortable! Breakfast was very congested so it was hard to find a place to sit.

The ice machines were not working

1. Request for king Mountain View room I booked was not met. I had a 1st floor double room noisy right by elevator. 2. Per friendly- not really - was told no dogs in lobby. Also no mention of pet fee but was charged additional $50 plus taxes for dog. He was well behaved, made no mess and did not bark. I do not feel I should pay for this fee. What can you do to make up for these issues?

Great pool, great rooms, spacious, really easy location and close to arches. I called the property to ask to check in a little early and the woman on the phone said,” because you booked through a third party, that is not possible. .” I understand that sometimes early check in is not possible but it seemed rude to say that. The hotel sells those rooms to third parties so we should not be treated poorly.

It is a great place to stay! There is a place to eat and have drinks in the hotel and their fitness center is big and clean! The parking is free and spacious!
-
Room was large and comfortable. The bed and shower were also very nice. Just a bad experience with the lady running the lounge/bar. Very rude. We ended up not buying drinks or cocktails because of her attitude.
-
The room was spacious, clean, and in very good condition. The staff that we encountered were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with freshly cooked food and an excellent selection of fresh fruit.

Front desk great!! Not enough shade umbrellas by pool
-
They didn’t have my reservation when I showed up even though I had a confirmation email and the reservation confirmed on the booking app

Very clean and great location. Staff was great other than Daniel that checked us in. The person to check us in was rude

Beautiful, convenient, clean and bright, excellent breakfast, nice pool area. Nothing

Breakfast was good, the room was clean and the parking was adequate.
-
All the staff was warm and helpful, no exceptions. Thanks to all!! Daniel at the front desk went beyond the extra mile to help us. Would strongly recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure!

Breakfast can be improved. Sausages are salty.

After this frustrating ordeal, they offered us a standard queen room in the last corner of the hotel as a compromise. It wasn’t until the next day that they finally took action to move us to a better room. We had to check out our rooms and leave our belongings at the hotel front desk. Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member, this experience didn’t make any difference. They tried to rectify the situation, but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this hotel. There are other better options in Moab that don’t resort to such practices, such as giving out rooms to other guests and downgrading them to a cheaper option.
