The room was clean enough. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows and the room was dark. I thought the breakfast was good and also the coffee! There was plenty of options on the buffet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a mile or more from town so a little far walk on a busy road. Arches is very close. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Moab two nights and couldn't be happier with the location of the hotel! It was very clean and well maintained! Cannot RAVE enough about the complimentary breakfast in the morning, it had something for everyone! The pool was great too!

I've stayed in alot of hotels and this was probably the worst experience I've had. We booked for 5 nights so we could visit the nearby parks, and ended up leaving a day early. The walls are so thin and every step the person above us made sounded like a parade coming through my room. We could barely sleep and even had to resort to buying ear plugs. We left a day early and just ate the cost of the 5th night because we couldn't handle it anymore and we were so frustrated. On top of that it looked like this hotel is a hub for different bus groups coming in which takes people to the parks. I generally like holiday inn expresses, but this experience has me questioning if I will stay in any of there hotels in the future

Our room was very nice and location was convenient to go into Moab and only about 1 mile from the entrance to Arches national park. We used the laundry area which was great. Breakfast options were good. Great place to stay

I had just stayed at another holiday inn express that was more comfortable than the one in Moab. Moab is noisy. Rooms are not as nice although supposedly they follow standard. And the light in the bathroom is overkill.

I highly suggest that you put up a visible sign that can be seen from the highway. I missed my turn and had to drive back downtown to get back to the lane because the highway is busy. Nothing. Jon, the employee at the counter during our checkin is very friendly.

Amazing customer service. Even my dog was being naughty and barking they called me and we made him behave. Their staff was so helpful when we were at the arches and couldn’t get back in time to checkout.
