Very neat pool, staff were friendly, perfect location. The pool scum build up was a bit off putting on the pool tiles, and we did have a brown liquid that started dripping from the bathroom exhaust fan on the morning of our departure. Staff seemed genuinely apologetic and like they would try to remedy what we experienced promptly.

This location was consistent with other Holiday Inn Express locations we have stayed at, which I appreciate always knowing our stay will be comfortable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The fridge was very cold and the microwave was clean and worked well. Some members of my family forgot toiletry items and the desk was happy to provide needed items to us. The AC was very cold which was nice after being in 106 degree weather all day! The pool and spa were very clean and comfortable temperatures. There was plenty of seating at breakfast and something for everyone to eat. They had GF and DF options (even GF bread sealed in a separate package, and DF milk alternatives). There were heart healthy options, low carb options, carb heavy delicious dessert breakfast options, and lots of beverage options hot and cold.

The staff was amazing answering all our questions ahead of arriving and also day of for the area. Unfortunately, we were to arrive late and both times we called they were kind and helpful.

Room was clean, comfortable, quiet, but the AC never cooled down as good as we had hoped it would, but otherwise very good. Very close to Arches and Canyonlands wasn’t too far either. Very good property overall.

The hotel need a major update. Overall cleanliness was poor. The lobby seemed dreary. Snacks were stale. However, the staff were great.

The room and whole property is clean and well maintained, making it a very comfortable stay. The amenities including breakfast is great and staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when in the area.

Loved our stay here for canyonlands and the arches national parks. This hotel is literally less than 5 minutes to the entrance to the arches and great proximity to Moab. Everything was super clean and breakfast was great. Loved the dive products in the bathroom too.

Overall, we had a great stay. My husband, my son, and I felt comfortable throughout our visit, and we were happy with the hotel.
