The pool and location

The hotel was clean, quiet, super convenient to the entrance of Arches National Park, and the breakfast buffet was terrific.

Room was cleaned every day and the hotel in general was also very clean. Breakfast had a good variety and was pretty tasty. The waterfall feature in the pool was pretty cool and my son loved it. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family 👌

Wow! What a Stay. I booked a stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Moab and this is how it went. I booked a Family 1 Bedroom Suite. It was equipped with one queen bed, bunk beds, and a pull out sofa bed. It had a microwave and mini fridge. Very spacious room. This hotel has an outdoor pool and two outdoor hot tubs. One of which is covered with shade and the other, much smaller hot tub, isn’t shaded and is a perfect size for 2 people, a sweetheart hot tub if you will. What makes it stand out from the surrounding hotel locations is the main water feature. It has an arch with a built in waterfall and fire spewing from the top of it! As you walk through the arch it leads to the shallow end of the pool which has an in-pool rounded chase lounger designed to rest directly in the shallow water. I thought this was a very nice touch and so fitting to the surrounding scenery here in Moab. There is also a fire pit in the vicinity of the pool. You have to check it out for yourself!

Perfectly located in the north part of town making trips to arches a breeze. Friendly staff, clean rooms, no complaints.

Close to National parks and Moab

Good experience overall. It’s very close to the Canyonlands and the Arches.

Had a handicapped king reserved was assigned a double. Questioned it and got moved to the correct room. Breakfast was busy first thing had normal selections. No other fruits other than grab & go bananas, apples & oranges. Would like some melon, cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries etc. Nice coffee machines (2) grinds beans, brews and pours all on 2 button pushes (caff or decaf, start). 1st morning breakfast sat at a table that had an inch long roach on the floor :(. Room had plenty of channels on 48-54 in tv. Had auto day and nite shades (wall mount controls) :). Pool was spacious and architecturally adorned. All staff encountered very nice and courteous. Location was close (2 miles) from downtown Moab w access to all needs. (Didn’t use a grocery).

I think the 9 or 9:30 deadline was established to accommodate business travelers. Today I see groups or families who are traveling for pleasure and would appreciate extended hours to facilitate a leisurely breakfast.

Everything was great, we will go back for sure!

The location would need some update for power charger - USB-C. The current facility charging stations are slow or not working. Shower heads are spitting water on the side. Otherwise, the facility is clean and the breakfast is great.
