The Air Conditioning is totally inadequate. You cannot set lower than 70 degrees and never cooled below 72. Even with ceiling fan, I couldn’t sleep much and woke sweating every night. The 70 degree rule is programmed into the thermostat-apparently in all units. I complained but nothing was done except their explanation that the AC unit would freeze up if turn down. The doors to the bathroom are sliding barn doors that do not fully close leaving gaps in privacy. WiFi is fee only…$9.95 a day or 50 bucks for a package deal. Cellular service is marginal and variable. Our one bedroom unit was nice and large and well equipped. Location is good but may be a bit far out if you want in the middle of town. Our unit was quiet. Since most of my days are spent away from my unit, I am there mostly to sleep and that didn’t go well. There is no food service after 2 in the afternoon and most restaurants are about 2 miles or more.

Beautiful property, amenities were great, staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the lack of free WiFi which is almost unthinkable in today’s day and age. I can’t remember the last time I had to pay for internet access, so thus the 4 stars.

Some mixing bowls were on the cupboard as clean were not clean.

Nice place for Arches park Good rooms, has all we needed

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite which was large. It included a full kitchen and washer,dryer. Rooms were clean and modern. Very close to Arches National Park and 5 minutes from town. Great location. Breakfast could have had a larger assortment of food.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that free WIFI is not included. You can pay for WIFI if needed. The TV in the room does offer live cable though.

The room description does not do the room justice because it lacks helpful information. I got a 2-bedroom apartment/suite, but the description did not say how many bathrooms - it has two full bathrooms. It also has a washer and dryer (not mentioned in the description) with detergent packets so you can pack less clothing. The refrigerator had an ice maker (large ice cubes), super handy for filling water bottles before going hiking or spending all day in one of the national parks. The room was stocked with glasses (both plastic and glass), silverware, and a knife block set, and also had a dishwasher. One of the bedrooms has a king bed with a private bathroom, the other bedroom has two double beds, and the bedrooms have a ceiling fan to help with keeping cool when sleeping. Knowing these things before booking would have made the booking process less stressful; if I had known these things, I wouldn't have checked other hotels and would have booked this right away because it was exactly what we needed.

Location is great for access to Arches. Pool is beautiful. Two bedroom is perfect for a family. Breakfast was disappointing.

Great property - well laid out rooms that were stocked with everything needed. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, and the amenities were great. The amount of space and overall quality we got for the money was hard to beat. My only critique is the breakfast could be improved upon, both in terms of overall quality and day to day variations

Great Presidential Suite! Great breakfast. Superb view from pool.

Love the room, the pool area and breakfast. The only downside here is there is no free wifi, and very limited cell service. Paying $50 for wifi when all other hotels are free is just not a great thing.

Excellent facility, very helpful staff, great location. The only downside I can think of is being able to hear the people above us moving around
