Comfortable, clean, quiet hotel on the edge of town. The room was large, bathroom on the small side but adequate, everything clean and uncluttered. The staff was 10 stars helpful and friendly. The breakfast was average. Was nice to have an option to dine outside so we didn't have to listen to non stop Trump on FOX.

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast is a plus. Stayed two nights

It was ok stay. Elevator & ice machine was broke. It could use some better maintenance attention. The front desk staff was always in the back office rather than up front greeting. Just a different experience in comparison to many other LQ stays I've been at. But overall, it's ok good stay.

It very nice

The only elevator in the hotel was broken for 3 of our nights. We were on the 3rd floor. We left a day early. Didn’t get an offer for a refund. Just to switch rooms. We had two rooms. Very disappointed.

Check in and out was seamless. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was clean. It was cleaned everyday. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good location. Near good restaurants, grocery store, and gas station. About 20 minutes (more or less) to the Arches NP entrance. Basic breakfast.

The property was old and needed updating. The staff was nice and friendly. Didn't help we had a power outage and no power until after midnight.

Plenty of roaches both dead and alive in room 336

Elevator broke while we were there causing me to make multiple trips up and down stairs

We have stayed in this hotel several times. Since our stay in 2025 the property has undergone a remodel. Everything that was done is a positive. Do not hesitate to stay here.

Decent breakfast, and free coffee/tea/water throughout the day. Plenty of options around the hotel to get dinner (walking distances, so you can leave the car at the hotel) A bit pricy, also given the overload of hotels in and around Moab. Hotel is a bit dated (it's a franchise-type La Quinta) and things have visible/noticable wear and tear. Room door locks sometimes fail to let you in, and from then on, you apparently need to lift the handle instead of pushing it down. Front desk staff is happy to help out but that could come at the expense of other guests' check-in wait time. No deal breaker and I would still likely re-book when coming through Moab again.
