This motel was a nice convenient location just on the south end of Moab. We enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel staff was the best...

The hotel room wasn’t very clean, our bed had ants on the sheets and we had to get a new sheet set, but I was still nervous there may be more bugs in the room. The bathroom had blood smeared down the wall and behind the toilet. We went to use the indoor hot tub and pool, and the water in both areas was cloudy and dark to say the least. The jets in the hot tub started to create bubbles and it looked like soap was inside the hot tub..then the “bubbles” started to develop a brown layer on top and we immediately had to get out and shower off. Ants were coming out of our shower drain as well. The AC in our room was SO loud we couldn’t sleep, it was inconsistently hot and then really cold. And the room felt sticky and humid the whole time. The only thing I really can say that’s positive is the staff were very nice and helpful, he gave us new sheets and said he would show the picture of the blood to the staff coming on in the morning. He was able to provide some good recommendations for places to eat too, but overall I felt this place was dirty and probably won’t stay here again.

Super happy with our super clean room and super comfy bed! Great rate mid-week in August! Convenient access to market next door and gas down the street.

Well, the property is nice, rooms are comfortable, people really nice and helpful, what I didn’t like is that te ice machines, and the jacuzzi didn’t work and they didn’t seem trying to fix them, After that long walk at the Arches and all the park, I wanted to relax in the jacuzzi and didn’t work. Not good, And the breakfast was cold, some of the danish were kind of uncooked or just unfrozen, the “eggs” were like gelatin, funny, didn’t like it.

1st room we got wasn't cleaned, key won't work had to keep going upstairs and downstairs. Breakfast was the same everyday

There is a supermarkey righ next to the parking lot so it is easy to stock up on snacks or drinks. Highly recommended!

We always stay here when we visit Moab..everything is convenient, walking distance to restaurants and evening walks to shops.

Nice but reported an issue with our shower which was not addressed, ice machine didn't work, was told it eould ge fixed and hot tub jets not working. Stayed 2 nights so was frustrating

We arrived late and Richard who was at front desk was very helpful and tried his best to accommodate our requests. This individual deserves a raise! We booked two suites for five adults. Spacious and clean rooms. Oh and the breakfast options are not limited. They have great selection. And well stocked.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good. The coffee machine was available 24/7 and you could get specialty coffees

We stated here on an overnight on our way home from a family visit. The whole property was nice and staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed extra amenities.
