We had stayed a year ago, but rooms not as good or as well maintained as last year.

This hotel was great! The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The included hot breakfast was also appreciated. The only negative was there was a strong musty smell when you first entered the room.

Large room that already had the AC blasting for us, which was much needed. Richard made check in quick and easy. Definitely a property I'd revisit during future trips.

The staff was very good We had no hot water for our shower, we reported it to the desk who was very apologize and said he would have maintenance check it, however we never had hot water for our showers even after the maintenance checked it

I liked the breakfast and the indoor pool was great. The staff was very helpful. When I was checking in one of them helped me get on the wi-fi which was a bit complicated and I could not have done without help. The location is good with some restaurants and stores nearby. I would stay at quality suites Moab again.

Nice clean and spacious room. Friendly welcome and efficient checkin meant I was in the room very quickly. Much appreciated a long day of driving.

The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was really great every single day. There is a coffee machine just around the corner from the bfast room and the quality of it was great. There were roaches on the outside crawling around the sidewalks everywhere when we came back at night - it was kind of gross and I don't blame the hotel but maybe get some bug company to come and spray.

Not much. Location was OK. Both rooms were dirty. Room 1: blood in sink, dirty bed, tub didn’t drain. Room 2: large wad of hair in tub over drain, no hot water, 2 leftover bars of soap in tub, housekeeping tried to enter room when I said I was dressing and would have if I hadn’t used the extra lock.

Lower level it was clean and spacious enough for three adults and a child. Bathroom fan not strong enough and toilet was plugging up but we were able to get a plunger from the front desk.
