I Love staying at Gravity Haus! Its so convenient to everything. There's Pizza restaurant across the street. There's a Gas Station next door. There's a Grocery Store next door. Walking distance to the main area of downtown Moab. The Staff is very friendly. Everything is Great about this place. And its very affordable!! i will highly recommend!!

Worst service at Unravel Coffee (6/30, 7:40AM). Ordered iced Americano, got hot coffee over ice. Server argued it’s the same. He muttered in Spanish, remade it lukewarm. Asked for ice, he sighed and made a face. Cancelled all and left. Avoid.

We came while there were major wildfires happening. I called to get some updates from the front desk staff and they gave me one word answers and really didn’t care to help us beyond saying yes or no. I had to clarify whether they were physically onsite because it seemed like they didn’t know what was happening.

This place is very modern and was a wonderful place to spend the night. The only down side was the travel was very loud outside the building; otherwise, it was amazing.

Our room was big and very comfortable. We had the double queen with the pullout single sofa. We didn’t use the bike racks in the room but they appeared easy to use. He blackout curtains were nice to have as well. Everything in the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. Bed was super comfy too. We liked that there was a separate big sink area outside the bathroom and another small sink in the bathroom which made getting ready for two women way easier. No plastic cups and crap either. We used the pool as well and it was well equipped with towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas. The coffee shop was a nice perk and we had a good breakfast there our first morning. The gearheads sporting goods shop which is connected to the hotel was very convenient too. They literally had everything you could ever need for practically any activity you’d do in Moab… we’d definitely stay here again because it was walking distance to the center of town, easy to park and a good price.

A hotel for the 21st century. Had 2 kids with me, would be a great place for a solo traveller, a couple, or families. Just all around great experience. Not one but two hot tubs, ev chargers on site, super clean and modern rooms with comfy beds. Planning on returning to Moab and will def stay at gravity again.

We only wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Moab. The only suggestions I would make are to offer a breakfast option and install an ice machine for guests. The staff were more than happy to provide ice whenever we asked, so it wasn’t an issue, but having a machine available would be a convenient addition. Overall, a great hotel in a good location, and I would happily recommend it.

Desk staff was not trained in guest service at all. My check in experience made me question my decision to stay. Completely off-putting that chairs were constantly stacked on tables during coffee shop closing times. No where to sit in the lobby as a result and very uninviting.

Very nice place. I was most impressed with how clean it was. Nice shower as well.

The pool and hot tub had great views of the mountains, the room was clean and very nice. Good location for our hiking travels.

Lots of dogs. Dog poop in the front rocks. Room smelled until we had them take out the carpet pieces for dogs in the room. Refrigerator wasn’t keeping our food cold enough but staff helped us use the facilities refrigerator
