This was a great hotel, large rooms, easy check in lots of amenities and great location.

We booked the King suite room with balcony and it was very very spacious and very nice! Traveled with a dog and it was nice to have the extra room. Hotel seems newer and they have a nice little café in the lobby open in the mornings, they do have a pool and it is just a walk across the parking lot to access. Overall, very nice hotel. The only thing I would comment is that our room was facing right on the main street, which was also called Main Street and it can be quite noisy.

Great place. Highly recommended. Love, love, love the room.

We did have an issue with the shower, but the second member of staff we spoke to was very helpful and quickly resolved the problem by moving us to a new room. The pool area was lovely and a great place to relax after a day exploring. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

This hotel had comfy beds and was very clean/tidy and well-kept. We had looked at similar hotels for nearly identical prices. I can say that the road noise in our room, on the road side of the hotel was atrocious. The other side of the hall might have been fine. It was like we had cars, trucks and motorcycles revving in our room the entire night. I would have rather stayed at a less "hipster" hotel that we had previously stayed at with less up-to-date decor and get a good's night rest than have the fancy decor/trims and outrageous road noise. If you are used to city noise, this might be perfect for you. The attendant in the morning checking out did not acknowledge us--she just took our room keys and put them in the return box and walked into the office. I thought she might be retrieving a receipt. She never returned. Not a word from her--seemed very rude to us. The other oddity, is that the pool and surrounding area was nice, but you had to walk across the entire parking lot to get there. Truly seemed this hotel had poor planning/architectural work-up/design.

Room was very clean and staff was very helpful.

Was so impressed with the ease of location, the pool/patio area, the rooms, and the staff. All around great quick stay for us!

Nice boutique newer hotel in downtown area of Moab. Very convenient. Rooms large with sofa and mini fridge. Food store syper close. Staffing is on lighter side as have to wait to have anything addressed 40% of time. Someone should have a cell when on property. Loved the visit and all the parks.

We stayed at the GH on our way from Seattle to our new in Colorado Springs. We were there for two days and it was a great respite for us. The staff was great and helped us upgrade our room. The room was super comfortable (great AC in 100 degree temps, wonderful king mattress, a big shower with double shower heads). And the location was really good. On the main drag but not in the super busy part.

Only stayed one night, but it was nice. Everything was very clean and well kept. There was a small issue but it was quickly handled with a call to the front desk. Price was nice too.

Great value. Large pleasant room.

We loved staying here. The room design was excellent! Loved having a table and chairs in the room to eat snacks or take out. Our room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff who gave us recommendations for hikes and for food in Moab. Highly recommend it.

Great place and staff.

Highly recommend!

We wanted to like this hotel brand but it doesn’t hold a candle to other hotel chains. The rooms are a bit small and it’s odd to use room keys for lights and the TV. The staff at this location was helpful and nice. The rooms were overall clean. So no shade on those who worked hard to make our stay comfortable. We got what we paid for but probably would not choose to stay again at this particular chain.

This was an excellent location. The room was very nice, modern, and well appointed. It was also a very good value.

Very unique and clean. Great location!

If you’re looking for a place where the walls are thin and you can hear people practicing their slack lining and jumping ability is from the first floor to the second floor. This is your place. When I stayed they had just finished reviewing the parking lot and I think I picked up about 15 different sets of nails left littered all of the parking lot. The hotel lobby is a mix between a bike shop and a hotel… not sure what they were going for but it was not a nice experience. After talking with the front desk staff, they seemed dismissive, and as though I was burdening their day by talking to them about the constant banging and pounding coming from the room above. I am always respectful when talking with Hotel employees but I had to leave the hotel around 3:30 AM when I realized that I wasn’t going to be getting any sleep regardless of how loud I put my soundproof headphones on at. I had asked the front desk staff to be contacted by property management, but never received any type of follow up. Very disappointed.

Pros: Nice new hotel feel with a clean room, so bike friendly with in room bike racks, great bathroom and furniture, nice shades on the window for privacy and darkness, comfy bed, easy parking. Cons... the elevator was slow and everyone always seemed to be waiting for it, noise from inside and outside the hotel was noticeable, ice machine on 2nd floor couldn't keep up.
