Surprisingly quiet. I was on the top floor. It's on the south end of town, but still walkable. Pool was nice treat and just the right temp. Refreshing but not cold. I liked the pine tongue and groove paneling. The air conditioner needs to run continuously (August) to remain a comfortable temp. Small room for tub/shower & toilet.

Love it! Will stay here again. Can’t beat the price and location. There is a laundry mat within walking distance (not even a block away), pool, and the Brewery is also within walking distance. Staff are super friendly. Will definitely come here again.

Funky little place. I loved it. Desk was super friendly. Room was great. $100 dollar rooms can go both ways. This was great. Don’t get the burrito next door.

The swimming pool was not large but an absolute Godsend in the heat of August. This hotel was an exceptional value and it's location, close to both Arches National Park and Canyon Lands National Park, is unbeatable.

Couldn’t be happier with this place! It was immaculate and so spacious. The room was huge! It’s also walkable into the heart of Moab. Very quiet and safe. I will absolutely be back!

Place was great… except the toilet was not working properly… I do not know what the problem was! It did not have any solids or other debris it just did not flush correctly! ( I’m a handy man by trade and currently in charge of over 200 units!). Place was fantastic!

Staff was really sweet. Room was big. Good location in Moab. They have on-site dining but we didn't try that. Ice machine is available, coffee is made in the morning at the reception area, but they also have Keurig in the room.
