The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable, old and looked worn out, plus stained on one arm of sofa.

We loved the lodging and location. It was in walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and shops.

The location was great. Walking to restaurants and stores was easy. The room was clean and the parking was free.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. The only suggestion for improvement would be better coffee with the breakfast. It was essentially coffee flavored water.

The rooms was clean and very comfortable. This was a place I could stay for several days and be satisfied. I highly recommend it.

It was a very nice hotel with a very good breakfast. Lots of fresh options, including bacon, eggs, and fluffy biscuits. They had items for a breakfast burrito the next day. A waffle station. The room was very clean and had a kitchenette with a good size refrigerator sink and dishes. It was a really great place to stay. We will stay here again.

Our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool was great, and breakfast was well-stocked and satisfying.

The morning desk clerk was a joy to talk to and very helpful. The breakfast was great and the after hours coffee and tea were great

After receiving our room key, we were unable to open the door. I went back to the front desk, and the lady working there was very unpleasant. She told me that I could not keep the room key close to my phone because it could cause the key to stop working. She gave me a new key, but unfortunately, that key did not work either. I did not feel comfortable going back to speak with her again because I found her attitude intimidating, so I asked my son to go instead. He came back with a maintenance person, who discovered that there was actually an issue with the door lock. In addition, our room key did not work for the side entrance during our entire stay. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the customer service and our check-in experience could have been much better.

When I couldn’t seem to make the TV work, I called the front desk. The employee who answered my call was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I highly recommended and I will stay in property again if I'm going back to Moab.

We had a fantastic one night stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the full sized refrigerator. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!
