We enjoyed our time at the Moab Downtown Hotel. The room was cozy and clean and you can’t beat the location of being right in the middle of Moab.

Todo estaba bien en buen lugar la gente muy amable , sino pongo mas estrellas es que cerca de mi cuarto habia personas que habian traido sus perros y creo los dejaron solos en el cuarto y los perros no dejaron de ladrar y no dejaron dormir hasta media noche eso fue tan terrible... quizas deben pedir a ls personas q traen mascotas q no las dejen solas en el cuarto

Room was clean. Convenient location. Lost 1 star because the toilet chain broke, was told someone would fix it the next day, and that did not happen. Overall a good stay.

The pool was awesome! Our room was pretty clean, just a few bugs roaming around inside the bathroom near the window that was there. The A/C unit was fairly loud but it did keep our room cool. Overall, we had a great stay and it is very affordable with a really great location!

Clean room, microwave, fridge, soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, lotion and even coffee in the room! Everything you need and more. Staff was super helpful, I was able to message them a couple days in advance with a question and they responded right away! I definitely plan on staying again on my next trip to Moab! Also its in a very convenient location.

Quiet, friendly staff, we liked the fridge in the room. Perfect spot downtown with our favorite Mexican restaurant right across the street.

Looks to be an independently owned business, which we love to support. The outdoor pool was great and had adequate seating. Very well located for access to other local businesses and amenities.

I didn't use the pool/hot tub. The hotel was very comfortable however the plumbing in my room (3202) was weak. for #1 or #2 you would have to flush 3-4 times for it to go down. then, the bathroom did not have a vent for the shower either.

The room was nice and seemed clean enough but there were little black bugs around the ground and window area. I killed 5-6 of them and it made me leery of how many more there were that I didn’t see. Not sure what the hotels responsibility was in this if they’ve done pest control or even know. Just kinda gave me an ick factor. We’re supposed to come back in September; thinking I will find another place.
