Overall nice hotel. Pool was very clean and not overwhelming with chlorine or other chemicals.

There was no hangers in the room at all. When asked for them, the staff brought 2. My friends in another room were told that none was available. The towels in the pool where terrible, like total plastic. One only ambrella for entire pool. Good - refrigerator, nice lounges at the pool.

Great location friendly staff very clean. This is not a fancy hotel but I would stay here a million times over. I was so happy with our stay. Very clean is important to me, and they delivered. I have been in much more expensive hotels that don’t come close to the cleanliness of this hotel.

Fantastic location on Main Street in Moab close to all restaurants, shops, groceries. Super comfy beds and pillows. Loved the pool and view of the red rocks. The motel is "older" but the rooms have been upgraded. Good value for the price. I would stay here again!

Location location location! Proximity to downtown couldn’t have been better. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable to have. The rooms had really cute new wallpaper and bathroom sinks. The hot tub had quite a bit of sand at the bottom, the hand towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall, and some carpet in the hallway was sticking up causing a tripping hazard. But the staff were nice and the location alone is enough that I would come back and stay again absolutely.

The motel is very dated and is in desperate need of a renovation. The ladies at the front desk were very nice but the male with white hair shouldn’t be in customer service. He couldn’t be bothered to help in any way upon check in. At the end of our stay, we checked out early and 10 minutes out we realized something was left in the room. I called and spoke with him to let him know we were headed back and to let the cleaning staff know we needed to get the missing item. 10 minutes later we arrive to the room in mid turnover and I had to search through the trash to find my item. He never let anyone know we had called and were coming back. When I gave him the key back and let him know they started cleaning, he just had a ‘whatever’ attitude. He needs to be replaced.

The location of this motel was perfect. It was near lots of shops and restaurants. It was down the street from Arches Nat'l Park. I gave this motel a 3 because of the air conditioner which was very loud and turned off and on constantly. It prevented me from getting a good night's sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was worried about being by the stairs but only heard people a few times. The staff were very helpful and the location is very awesome! I liked being able to stroll downtown in the evenings. Recommend for your stay in Moab!

This is an older property but well maintained. If you are looking for the upscale experience at Moab, this is not your place. If you are looking for a clean place to lay your head and take a shower after a day exploring in Moab, this is your place.
