Best Western Plus Greenwell Inn

Breakfast was well done. Having laundry by pool was wonderful. Great location.

Check in was quick, helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not very good. But staff was very friendly. Convenient location. Shopping and restaurants close by.

There were no grab bars in the shower.

Comfortable and clean with a great location

This is a motel and it is showing its age, with that said the location and staff are great. You are able to walk downtown, no need to drive. The staff is great offering recommendations. The laundry and fitness facilities were super convenient and easy. Breakfast was great!

All was well

Quaint motel right in center of Moab downtown. Convenient to restaurants and shops. This Best Western had nice rooftop patio and waterfall and trees. Red tile roof set it apart from what you might expect. Staff super friendly. I would stay again.

Location is perfect if you're going to Arches. Restaurants within walking distance. Pool was supposed to be heated, but wasn't. Breakfast was good.

Awesome hotel & staff was amazing

The sink needed a repair, but we were told it wouldn’t happen until after we left. Also, this hotel doesn’t provide any room service except at request. Even if you ask as early as 3 PM, (as we were not told at check-in and wondered why no one had come by while we were at Arches), Phoenix told me the housekeepers were “about to leave.” Then she said, “They’re actually leaving now.“ About 45 minutes later, my husband saw one of the cleaners leaving in their truck, so the staff was still there but unwilling to meet the needs of a guest. This hotel is not a particularly clean, or guest – centered location. It feels they have opted more for quantity of guests than for quality of taking care of them. Breakfast was mediocre; the OJ is the worst we’ve had. Exercise room was not up to par: not cool enough; no water supply; TV remote found in center of weight tower, i.e., difficult to find & reach; water on the floor from kids having walked in from the pool, judging by the size of the footprints; thick dust on weight bench; one treadmill badly busted; blinds not sufficient to block out hot sun. I cannot with good conscience recommend this hotel to other travelers.

A good 2 night stay convenient for Parks

Very lovely. Beautiful and friendly staff. Looks like a villa, love the pool and the prices. Free breakfast is a bonus

Really great stay in Moab. Being downtown is super. The motel is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Thanks to all there. If I visit Moab again, I will stay with you again.

I highly recommend

Location was great, right in the middle of Moab. Many restaurants were nearby. The room was larger than expected. Neat and nicely appointed. Breakfast was a disappointment. Went down at 8am and nothing was prepared. No assortment of baked goods.
