Location - close to Arches NP. Staff helpful. Comfortable bed. Clean. Plastic cutlery and paper plates at breakfast. Some electric sockets not working and inadequate lighting as some not working .

Location, check in available sooner than expected and very much appreciated The family suite was detached from hotel on top of a restaurant. Can not remember that this was mentioned online. The room was spacious and had a 2nd sink outside the only bathroom. What was really unpleasant was the noise of the AC and the bright lights of the hotel/ pasta jay’s shining into the room all night long. We all had a really crappy night because of this. There were issues in communication between booking and the hotel as well.

Very nice, clean hotel. Rooms are updated, no carpet in rooms which I liked as it is cleaner. Lovely pool,very close to shops and good restaurants. Convenient to the parks.

This hotel was exceptional in many ways. Impeccably clean! The team was over-the-top professional, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were spacious with Pharmacopeia amenities. Loved having their delicious breakfast on the rooftop deck. Great location in downtown Moab. Was able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Easy access to Arches and Canyonlands.

We had a three day stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the front desk staff very friendly and informative and the breakfast crew was very helpful and pleasant.

Everything was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the laundry which were very nice. The free breakfast was great! The service was incredible!

We had a comfortable stay here. The location was perfect as it’s an easy walk to restaurants etc. Nice to have a complimentary breakfast. I didn’t love all the plastic used for the breakfast. A lot of waste.
