The room was clean in this older motel. The kitchenette was a nice addition, with silverware, a few dishes, a hot pot, microwave, and a nice-sized smaller fridge. The only odd thing was no bathroom sink, so the kitchen sink has to double as a bathroom sink. They have installed a mirror above it. The area is very quiet, just 2 blocks from main street.

Quite location, comfortable bed, ample parking, avoid the crowds. They are starting to offer some cold breakfast items which were very good Dated room, kitchen sink is the bathroom sink, could be a little cleaner

Room was spacious and included a kitchenette. Mattresses fairly comfortable. Free morning coffee and pastries was a plus too. Furnishings somewhat dated. No sink in the bathroom. Hard to find an outlet that wasn’t covered by heavy pieces of furniture.

Also had a kitchenette. We didn’t use it but was shock that it was in our room, pleasant surprise. Outdoor pool was nice also

I had a very good experience easy check in within walking distance to downtown but not right on Main Street allows you to have a little privacy. I would most definitely recommend it and stay there again

Great location in centre of Moab, all walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean room, quiet - off the busy main road. I would stay there again.

It was a standard motel that was pretty clean. The rugs could use to be replaced, but other than that, the room was clean. They had free coffee in office at 6am which was a huge plus for me and my husband. It’s was a block off Main street, so great location and more quiet than the main road. My only complaint is that they give you keys, not cards. At any point previous renters could made copy of the key and potentially break into your room. Locks need to be upgraded to cards.

The guy at the front desk was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about the property. Only thing missing was a hair dryer in my room and guide about how the TV worked. Missing a hair dryer in the room and a guide to work the TV.

The room had a little kitchen fully stocked. Nice grab and go breakfast. Comfortable beds. It was a few blocks off the main street so farther to walk to eat. Could use updated flooring.
