Great location. Conveniently located. Comfortable bed. Great AC. Great hot water and water pressure. Affordable. Clean. A better, stronger fan in the bathroom would be nice.

Pretty good stay. I took off one star due to the bathroom having a quarter roll of toilet paper and no extras. Just an inconvenience by needing to request more and dealing with a used roll.

Super easy safe parking. The staff was really helpful and the room was large and clean. Can't think of any thing negative.

Awesome location, room, and rates. Guy at front desk was awesome — very friendly and helpful. Such a great deal (<$100!) to be in the heart of downtown with a/c and comfy beds in hot summertime. Very safe and quiet and park next door. Wifi solid. Easy parking. Great stay! TV is small and older. But lots of channels!

The room was lovely and big and the staff were super friendly The aircon wasn’t good at all, it was hotter sleeping in the room than the outside temperature. We had to sleep with wet towels on our faces to keep cool while sleeping

Way too expensive for the quality of motel.

The location was nice. Dog friendly with a low fee. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Other guests at the hotel were coming and going all night. The guest next door left their dog alone in the room all night (we hear her come back at 2 am, leave, come back at 3 am, then leave again) and the poor dog barked all night long. We didn't sleep at all the whole night. The place was also dirty. The check in clerk was rude and chastised us for booking through a 3rd party website.

Room was clean. But the A/C didn’t work. The fan did but it did not blow cold air. The shower was also broken, the cold faucet was stripped and very difficult to turn off. Staff also just left our room key in an envelope on the counter (we did get in late) and then no one was at the desk upon our early arrival. Not impressed with anything here.

There were also some unidentified bugs that made my whole body itchy. I almost booked a different hotel in the middle of the night

Close to Arches and Canyonland National Park. No breakfast but close to restaurants.

The shower head fell off when I turned the water on. The back parking area was near the garbage dumpsters. The gates to this area were left open with the dumpsters exposed and numerous bags of garbage laying on the ground. The check-in experience was mediocre at best. I certainly didn't feel welcome and will not be returning to this property.
