Great stay!

De fuera parece un poco cutre, pero la habitación está bastante bien. Estuvimos tranquilos y sin ruidos. Puedes ir andando al centro para ir a comer y está también cerca del supermercado de Moab. Realmente es lo más barato que encontramos en Moab, y fue el hotel más caro por noche de todo nuestro viaje por US en un mes (viaje low cost). Podría haber un puesto de café, como en otros hoteles de Estados Unidos.

This is hotel a block off the main drag. I was there for just one night and it was fine, not a place you would stay more than a couple nights. Bed was comfortable, sheets and towels clean and the AC and frig worked. Newer flooring but the remaind decor needs some attention, not bad but just upkeep. Here is the kicker - the place has value for what you pay for a night. You could easily pay double per night at other Moab locals. Good value for its price point.

This was a very conveniently-located place, just a short walk from the main part of downtown Moab. About 15 minutes driving to the entrance of Arches National Park. It's obvious that the motel is a little older than others, but it was clean, inexpensive, and the staff was helpful. Highly recommended if you're on a budget and looking for a good, no-frills experience in Moab.

Cracking, chipped, and peeling paint could be seen all over the room - especially the bathroom area. There were stains on the toilet seat and shower, and the vanity area also had peeling caulk as well. The biggest issue was the air conditioner. This unit was not functioning correctly and blowing hot air into my room even at the lowest cool setting. I tried even bumping up the temp to see if it would help, but everything I tried did not give relief. I ended up asking the staff about it and they said they were getting multiple complaints from guests, so this seems to be an overall problem. I was unable to sleep the entire night. It was hotter in my room than outside, and the open window did nothing to help. I had a portable fan that gave some relief, and I jumped constantly in the shower to help cool down. The positives of the room were that it was big so I could lay out my gear to organise, and it had a tv and fridge that I was able to use! Yes, it’s a budget motel, but being so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep really ruined it for me. Next time I’m in Moab, I will make sure to find a hotel with proper A/C.

Clean comfortable

The location was good. Walking into the front office, felt like walking into a Goodwill. It was very cluttered and lots of stuff around. The beds were hard as a rock might as well slip on the floor.

Spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located. Could use an upgrade.

the location and staff! everyone was courteous and helpful. the rooms were a good size and came w/ a small fridge and microwave. the mattresses were comfortable, and the shower had hot water w/ great pressure! the only issue we had was the air conditioner was not performing, the management provided us a different room.
