Great place

Waited for over 20 minutes for someone to assist me at the front counter. Employee welcome was not the greatest experience.

Beautiful lobby and rooms. Staff was really nice and helpful

Needs more chairs and tables at the gazebo area.

When we went to check in we were told that our room has been given away, even though we made a reservation months ago. The front desk agent said he could accommodate us on a different night, or split our group up, and charge for multiple rooms. He also recommended another hotel in the area that was more expensive. We were never told why our room had been given away despite our reservation.

I loved everything from the service at check in to check out. I wish I had those pillows and shower at my house. Would love to have stayed longer

This hotel overbooks its rooms and does not notify guests in advance. When you arrive to check in, they may tell you there are no rooms available and claim it’s not their fault. If you don’t want your trip ruined, I strongly recommend that you do not stay here.

The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the front desk but who knows if it will be resolved and what else may have been overlooked?

This was the most impressive place we’ve ever stayed from the greeting we received from the beginning, how clean and modern all the furniture in the room were. Clean and impressive. We will definitely book future stays at this location without hesitation.

The room was clean. The usual amenities available. The bathroom sink would clog when the water would run. It was a quiet, comfortable place to stay for the night before a flight. Location close to Costco gas station & food options.
