The staff, the suite, breakfast and location were exceptional. I will definitely be staying at this location again when I visit Mobile. I’m big on appearances. The entrance, walking into the hotel needs some attention. The trees out front need to be groomed and cut back. I could barely see where the front entrance was.

It was only one night but everything was great. Check in was painless, room was clean and comfortable. TV went out with the storm for about a half hour but with satellite it’s expected. Out for about a half hour of my viewing. Not a big deal.

Location and cost Unable to receive room on arrival at 4:00pm. Front desk apologized and said I would be refunded. I Received a phone call 5.5 hours later saying they were able to give me entry to my room. I had retrieved another hotel due to traveling with my disabled husband who couldn’t wait any longer to lay down.
