Staff was very polite. Rooms was very clean.

Nice place had a couple problems 1 really didn’t have hot water 2 sheets on bed was stain

Their breakfast was really good. I wish they would’ve had some fresh fruit though the room was very clean the staff suite and friendly. I just need my $75 back. I don’t understand why that can’t go directly back on a debit card if someone can take money directly off that card they should be able to put our money back on those cars directly. That is a nuisance.

Everything was good. I wish that Hilton counted points through third party bookings, if even partial points. Marriott gives rewards even when booked through a third party.

They didn't have clean towels or linen for beds or pool tower for the pool. It would just offer this time around. Need more staff with good attitude. The breakfast was awful.

Worst experience ever another guess was extremely disrespectful and racist toward me. He also threatened me.

The room was clean. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Clean rooms nice place, close to a lot off attractions

We loved our stay and wished it was longer. The pool and grill area was beautiful. The front desk lady was super nice. Breakfast was great too!

I was face for the first time by a racist man while trying to park my car. I accidentally bump his van door. I apologize for doing so even though he was over the line. He proceeded to call me dumb ass then said I must be dumb. I ignored his comments and proceeded to walk away. We I told him he should be mindful of how he speak to me. He then called me a dumb Black B****. I then decided to move my vehicle due to his behavior. He continued to call me names and use profanity toward me.. I did alert the front desk staff because I was truly scared at this point the hotel was nice however, my encounter with that guys was by far the worst thing that had ever happened to me .

We had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Mobile International Airport! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The only complaint I have is that this is the second time we’ve stayed at this chain and when you get a king bed with a pullout couch and you have three people reserved. You shouldn’t have to go down and get a blanket for the pullout couch.

It was a good stay. We only stayed overnight. We did get locked out when we went to check out the pool as our key cards did not work to come back in. Breakfast choices were amazing but they are not playing when they say Breakfast is over at 9. It was on the dot a family showed up and they were unable to get anything more than fruit as the lady was like no we are closed and shut the curtain l.not a bad stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Mobile. The location was very convenient, right next to Costco and close to the highway, which made getting around very easy. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here for two nights. The pool was so gross. There was weave floating in the pool and the pool deck had dirty socks, beer caps and trash all over it. Our room had trash under the couch and bed that didn’t get cleaned. They didn’t have clean towels for the pool or extras for the room. The breakfast lady had a major attitude as if we were bothering her.

We had a great stay overnight, only complaint was the room had a very strong musty smell. Front desk staff was very nice. Hotel was clean.

Property was well maintained and staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and elegant. Amenities was great and saved me alot of money on eating out. I would recommend this but place to all my friends and family.

The room was clean. The location was close to shopping. The hotel was close to the activities I was invited to attend.

The staff that do breakfast was very rude I go a lot and she always like that no manner act like she don't want to be there mean never friendly I work with customers 25 years I no how customer service go but before I book next time she there I will not be returning
