Property was well maintained and staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and elegant. Amenities was great and saved me alot of money on eating out. I would recommend this but place to all my friends and family.

The room was clean. The location was close to shopping. The hotel was close to the activities I was invited to attend.

The staff that do breakfast was very rude I go a lot and she always like that no manner act like she don't want to be there mean never friendly I work with customers 25 years I no how customer service go but before I book next time she there I will not be returning

Enjoyed our stay. Everything snd everyone lived up to our expectations

The bathroom and room were dirty and had a very strong odor. The microwave didn’t work and the staff response was “ok thank you” and nothing else. The breakfast made us not feel well. Until about 1 am there were people stomping and running around the halls and no ordinance followed or maintained.

I would recommend this Hotel to Family and Friends. Everything was Excellent

There was only one staff member on a Saturday. The hotel was full of kids constantly running in and out of the building including up and down the halls. In addition, our tv was inoperable so we could not drown out all the noise. I emailed the hotel manager to relay our experience and no one ever responded.

We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was nice the staff was friendly.

The elevators were down the whole trip.

Breakfast is great and the breakfast area is large and clean.

All good except one elevator out of service and breakfast was a little lacking
