Extended Stay America Select Suites - Mobile - I-65

I did not ask for, nor did the staff ask me whether I preferred, a smoking room but I got one anyway and it reeked of smoke. I use a CPAP machine and the smell got into the tubing. When I walked across the wood floor barefoot and got into the shower, dirty water came out from under my feet. There was no soap to use for the sink and shower. The room looked like one step up from a prison cell. Water pressure was fine and the a/c worked well

The Staff is very nice.The Room was clean ,but other parts like walls and elevator need cleaning or repainted.

The beds looks like military bunks floor sweats

If you travel with pets this is a good place to stay.

Worse hotel I ever tried to stay in roaches everywhere

Room was nasty roaches were coming out the sockets in the wall and from behind the beds I went to talk to staff but was told there was no one available to move me to another room WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN

It was horrible I did not stay

Check in was an issue and I had a bed bug issue

The lady at the desk was very nice It smelled bad. Sheets were dirty

Kitchen supplies on back order had to purchase my own outside the hotel. Plus the pots n pans, dinning set all cost. 1st time coming to an extended that asked n not even have the supplies.
