This hotel does not have a pool. Nor do they offer hot breakfast. False advertising. We got to our room and were given a room key…that never worked. We could not sleep in the hotel room we pre-booked and paid for. Had to go to another hotel. Do not stay here.

Nice location Elevator didn’t work, advertised breakfast but it wasn’t any breakfast . You have to remove all linen and trash from room before checkout . Hot water was not hot at all ( lukewarm ) at best .

The rooms had decent size. One of my rooms could not open without a master key, the pillows smelled bad, there were bugs in one of the rooms, I was charged for a 2 queen size bed room and both rooms only had 1 bed in it. The breakfast was lacking everything, they want you to do the housekeepers job prior to checking out and it could go on and on. Just a bad spot to stay overall for my family and I.

Breakfast was good. The breakfast staff was very friendly No Internet. Under remodel, roach in room. Dirty carpet.

The person who served breakfast was friendly and made breakfast worth coming back again. The inner front door by the stairs did not have a digital lock. Maybe that was due to the remodeling. But, anyone could have entered during the night.

It was a place to sleep! The shower wouldn’t drain, when I lifted up the metal plate over the drain I found the most awful funk stopping it up that I had to remove! The outside of this establishment is very deceptive because it clearly has not been well maintained or cleaned thoroughly! Gave me a major “ICK” factor the whole night!

Location is very good. This hotel has turned into a trap house. Used to be nice, quiet and clean. Now it’s starting to look slightly run down, people are loud as hell, kids running around knocking on the doors and running, shit not working, roaches in the rooms and the rooms stink.

The dining room attendant was wonderful! The food was prepared and presented very nicely! We were NOT notified about the elevator in the building across the parking lot was not functioning properly! After waiting several hours for a room that was booked and purchased prior to my arrival, we were assigned a room on the 3rd floor! The customer service employee! The font desk did not seem to really care! I was recovering from surgery to my left wrist so I could not help my spouse carry my half of the luggage. Try caring heavy luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor! No one was available to assist!

Front office staff was no help plus I was over charged….. front desk does not answer the phone and the room smelled.

Everything was really good, night staff was super friendly and helpful, i had came in at about 1am so i asked if i could stay alil longer to sleep in and he said it was alright but when day shift was there, some super tall women told me that they dont do that and they would have to charge me a whole nother day if i stayed past check out, i told her what happened and she said she didnt care and that i was with a 3rd party (Expedia) and i was gonna get charged for a whole nother day if u stayed a second after, definitely not going back to the one in mobile alabama

Breakfast was good. The swimming pool for the kids who where with there parents couldn't play in the pool water was dirty.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and concern. My room door were awful, to close it all the way I had to lift up on it. The room wasn't all that clean. Woke up some kind of black bugs were bitting on me. Had to take allergy medicine due to dust in room and really didn't get any sleep due to my allergies and noise.
