The place was clean. There is no pool. There was no real breakfast, just like apple fritters. Then there was a bunch of rules saying that you have to clean the room yourself before checkout. That's absurd to do when they have housekeeping and that's their job to do. I will inform my company to not get rooms here again.

Hotel was great just had one negative. The listing said it has a pool. It doesn't it was concreted in. I forgot when the desk clerk said they did it.

The room had plenty bugs in it. Hard to sleep when there’s tiny roaches roaming around n getting on your sheets.

It was very comfortable it was clean I did see a couple hairs in the tub. But other than that the staff was very friendly the lady at the front desk Ms Trina or I think Ms Tanya or somebody was very nice we have problems with our TV in the living room part but one of the housekeeping ladies came over and did they best for trying to help us get the TVs working I appreciate them with everything they did. The only thing was the hairs in the tub but it wasn't a lot of hair it was just like one or two but I seen but that was minor problem other than that I did not smell any bad smell at all it smelled very clean when we walked inside the building you can smell cleaning products and the only thing was the door was very hard to open and close when you going inside the room other than that the room was very clean and I hate that we couldn't request for more linen because it was four of us and it was only three towers three washcloths and three hand towels so we had to make do what we had.
