Our rooms were not when we checked in at 9:30 PM . We had reservations for 2 rooms with queen beds, when we arrived the front desk advised she had a queen room read and a king room ready, I said fine Then it took forever to get keys to those rooms. Then she found another queen room however one bed hadn’t even been made, so I really don’t know if the room had been cleaned

The staff that was at the night was very rude and rushing she didn’t want me to call customer service to double check if I should pay her or is it paid already

The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Once I arrived to check in my reservations weren’t found. That was very frustrating because I paid days ahead. Waited 45 minutes before they were able to check me in.
