I booked the hotel in the wrong city by mistake. I was using the app and the city I wanted had no vacancies, so the app automatically moved to another city, more than two hours away. I did not notice the location change and booked the room. When I arrived to check in and the error was found. The hotel in the next city would not refund my money. I end-up having to driving more than an hour from the city I needed to be and book another hotel and while never getting a refund for the hotel I never arrived at . Really bad experience.

The main entrance was clean and taken care of, but the unattended side entrance was a letdown—it had trash and flies for nearly my whole stay and looked like a 1-star property. Improving maintenance at secondary entrances would make a big difference.

Only down fall was one of the bathrooms in the 2 bedrooms water leaked to the carpet in the room! Location was great, staff was very helpful and friendly.. Host Tiara made us feel welcome. ONE OF THE BEST-WEEKENDS. We will definitely be back SOON!

The staff repeatedly tried to shift the blame to the third party and took no responsibity. We are in our seventies. Our dog is 13 years old. The main reason we stay at Residence Inn is because they accept pets and slot us to the first floor. We had to lug our baggage and our dog, up and down to the third floor because of Residence's Inn mistake of taking our reserved room from us and assigning it to someone who was already there because the elevator was down. This trip was exhausting because of Residence Inn's mistake. Also, the shower was not clean. There was mold and mildew in the corners. The TV, shut off then back on frequently. When I walked across the room in white socks, my socks were filthy. The whole stay was ruined by their incompetance.

I love that the property is on the belt line so I can access the interstate quicker. Msintamve issues and booking issues with booking.com. We ended up paying twice because our payment in booking.comment show up on the hotel’s end that it was sleazy reserved.

If you are looking for a clean place, this is not it, or a Marriott quality. The hotel has a strong musty odor, mattresses are worn and stained, A/C issues, animals are welcome here which is nice, but we noticed hair is up and down the carpeted hallways, the towels and bedsheets were clean though. Pool had no water, the laundry service are out of order. It appears to be a renovated extended stay place. The staff was extremely helpful and kind though, we appreciated their hospitality.

Breakfast was the best!! Noy your typical Breakfast like most motels. Really satisfying scramble eggs sausage potatoes tomatoes gravy just made with love!!! Pool not being open

First room assigned had a busted electronic lock we couldn't get to open, as did a number of the rooms (I could see the damaged/cracked panels). The second room had a bathroom that reeked of mildew and a lot of little cosmetic dings (chipped paint, loose hooks, etc.). Won't stay there again.

There was a transformer blown so i could not check in. There was no ETA on when things would be back so i had to push on to my next destination without rest. It was not there fault but there should be contingencies for such situations

Our room was full of fleas. My son found them on his legs when he used his bathroom and the same thing happened to my husband in our bathroom. I told the hotel staff and we were moved. Unfortunately since we had our Golden Retriever he was covered with fleas after being in that room and we had to treat him and took him to the vet in San Antonio which was our final destination . Never again.

Staff friendly and helpful, outside landscaping on perimeter could have been cleaner.
