The location. The price. The elevator was broke majority of the time. The replacement of fresh wash clothes. The microwave was extremely dirty. Did replace however this took a whole day. Cheap furniture which was decent. The curtains didnt have blinds no natural light.

Everything No pool no coffee pot in room office.closes.at night doesnt open until 9am and no coffee.or.breakfast as seen in pics posted on booking.com

Didn't have breakfast. I took pictures of the dirty sheets with hair everywhere and I had to go spray and clean everything too to bottom, the light switches were dirty, the walls, dresser drawers, the counter top, microwave and refrigerator, and once I did that and changed the sheets, I was a little more comfortable and the staff was excellent and so nice, I stayed two nights and it could've been less expensive but it wasn't horrible.

I booked online and when I got to Mobile after traveling from Georgia I learned that it was over booked for the 2 days of our stay and we didn’t get to stay there . This was disappointing to say the least.

I was very dissatisfied with the entire experience my reservation was wrong ,and the room I was given flooded. I was given a second room and one of the beds was dis assembled ,and a pail was in the middle of the floor with water in it from a leak somewhere then I had to wait for a room to be cleaned for 30 minutes.. at that point I was ready to just get a refund. My entire stay was a disaster.... After my experience nothing went according to plans, My entire stay went down hill from that point on...

The receptionist was very nice and the room was very nice and clean I had a hard time going to sleep because there were people hanging right outside my door sounded like it anyway and they were playing music or on social media but it was loud

The staff was extremely the best. They did everything right here. I used a 3rd party to book my room for the month I stayed and house keeping don’t clean the room at least the month and 1/2 I stayed there they never came into my room. Which was fine I make my own bed and I go get my towels and wash cloths when I need them. So yea I would definitely stay here again Parking spots are small it’s hard to park with the trees you have growing right where you goto park cut them down so you can park without hitting the trees

No breakfast, Ac was hard pressed to cool mid day. It did fine at night. Room was clean. Ordered the dish pack which was nice, but if you have a family “kids”you will definitely need more. Overall a great stay for the price.

Nothing. Won't be back! This hotel is designed for (as the name implies) extended stay clientele. I should have taken that into consideration when choosing this hotel.

I like the location, availability, and affordable pricing. The room smelled like mildew, because there is no attendant on duty at night, there is constant revving of engines from cars, trucks, and motorcycles hanging out in the parking lot all night long. Sleeping isn't an option until after 4am

The location was okay! It does have a kitchen. room was musky and no toilet paper in the bathroom!.

Very clean and quiet

No wifi or complementary breakfast as advertised. Room REEKED of weed and somebody previously smoking in there. Very sketchy and trash neigborhood.
