I haven't had this experience in previous stays so i hope this was just a one-time thing. The other issue I have is that the rooms feel incredibly dark. The light bulbs must be the lowest wattage possible. I have to iron mext to the window so I can use the sunlight. Even still, I will probably stay here again because it meets my needs.

Nothing I have used Booking.com for many years with out any problems ever. I was traveling and became tired so I decided to find a place to sleep. I had stayed in Extended Stay in another state so I processed to book at 1025pm. I arrived at 1050pm. There was a sign up on the door that says lobby hours are until 11pm and to use the phone on right to contact staff. I received no answer, Called customer service who did reach the staff. Customer service said the staff refuse to check people in after 10pm. Okay, then maybe you should advertise that and saved us both some trouble. I will continue to use Booking.com for everything. I may give Extended stay another try in another state. I just think your hours of operation should not be different than what you advertise them as.

No pool, didn't know we had to ask for the utensils and cookware for the kitchen cause the other motels we've stayed at before already had them in the room! We asked for extra towels and wash cloths and she told my husband she will owe us some and never brought us any! No ice on the premises! WE WILL NEVER STAY AT EXTENDED STAY AGAIN

The TV didn't really work for some reason. It would turn on, but there wouldn't be a signal. I fortunately had my Xbox and was able to watch TV that way. One of the lamps didn't work, but it wasn't a deal breaker. There's a small leak coming from the bathroom ceiling vent, but this is more so the staff are aware that it's there. It didn't really bother me. Otherwise, everything was great. The bed was very comfortable, which isn't always the case for smaller hotels. Overall, my experience was very good, and if I happen to need to stay again, I'll gladly book them again

Good value, good AC, bed was comfy, hot water, solid location. Wasp nest on the stairwell that led to my room. Woke up to a massive roach in the bathtub and a smaller one on the bathroom counter near my toothbrush.

I like everything that was walking distance for me to get to. There were food places and stores in walking distance. I had to go get blankets for our beds. They didn't have any to accommodate us. We had to go purchase blankets. They didn't have my key to the rooms work. Had to go up and down three flights of stairs still result. The tub was dirty. They didn't have a trash can in either room. No dish towel. The bed had hair in it. It was the worst stay. The air conditioner was leaking water. It could have been better.

1st room they put us in already had someone in it. When I opened the door they were smoking weed on the bed. Went back to the front desk and they gave us another room. The entry door was rusty and when we entered it smelled like MOLD. The bed sheets were damp and there was trash under the comforter on one bed. There was standing water so I thought they had just moped. I took a piece of toilet paper and wiped it up and it was like mud. They didn't just mop. The water was from a leak that has never been repaired. Needless to say we didn't stay here. It was so dirty that after we left I stopped in another parking lot and washed off with bottled water. Thanks to Expedia they did give us a refund but in the future, we will never stay at another Extended Stay America

My husband and I stayed here on a busy Saturday night. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our room came with a full kitchen! It was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. I noticed that there was a laundromat on site for the guests. The rooms are not decorated in the latest style. They are a it ikd fashioned, but that doesn't matter when the rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
