I gave the staff a 4 star rating because I didn't have any contact with anyone besides the lady at the front desk when I checked in.

Water wasn’t going down in the tub, the rugs in the room smelled awful, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, the foldable bed was a literal painnnnnnnn. My family will NEVER go back.

Don't have much good to say about this hotel. First, my room smelled of mildew and the carpet felt moist under my feet. Breakfast left much to the imagination. I ended up leaving and staying at a friend's family who lived locally due to the room smell being so overwhelming.

Absolutely terrible . Bath tub was rusty and appeared not clean!!!! It was extremely hot in the lobby... so hot it felt like I was cooking myself in an oven!!!

The rooms are disgusting. We had booked 2 rooms for our family. We had to request new rooms. There was mold, stains, gross carpets in first rooms. They switched us. The second rooms were a little better on the surface and sufficient enough to get sleep. HOWEVER, I'm hoping to be able to post pictures because they will speak for themselves. Unfortunately, I didn't look up in one of the bathrooms until the morning. MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD. The lobby looks great - clean, newer, etc. the rooms that you're paying for, DONT DO IT. This hotel is DISGUSTING. Find something else for sure.

Great staff , clean room and great amenities

Housekeeping did not clean the room everyday. Did not leave fresh tiles or change the sheet. Make up the beds. The toilet leaked water when you sit on it it ran out and ran under your feet. Did not replenish the coffee or clean the coffee pot.

Water from AC unit, carpet was socking wet.

Positive is amazing ac ( to cold!) and supper hot shower! Had nice space and comfortable bed/ bedding. I would recommend it but wish they will fix bathroom issue and the two doors P.s. small tv

The bathrooms had mold everywhere. The room was not clean. The pool was awful! Would not recommend staying here

I had two rooms that smelled like mildew the the bathrooms wasn’t clean properly the one lady at the desk was very rude she told us we couldn’t eat on our rooms which was a lie so this experienced was horrible will not spend my money again on this type of business and service

During our stay the power at Comfort Suites went out 7/5/26 from 5pm to 5am 7/6/26. Two different staff told me the power going out happens all the time. One person was new and the other person was there years. When power/electricity came back on elevators did not work. Hotel staff was nice and helped bring my luggage down but I would not stay there again. Swimming pool looked old and dirty and fitness center had no ac before the electricity went out. Room was not nice could use new carpet and tub painted and spider webs on and near the microwave. Do not recommend Comfort Suites in Mobile, Alabama.,

There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, no exhaust fan in the bathroom causing humidity to linger in room, the carpets are dirty and the AC has no humidity control. Air conditioner was cold but extremely humid. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

Staff is not friendly, pool is duty even the entrance look filthy.

I could go on, it was disgusting.

The lobby is pretty. The area is rough, with folks who seem to be checking cars. We took all our bags inside for the overnight stay. Our room was not that clean. Enough wall splatters in the bathroom to wonder what happened. We decided not to use the shower due to rust on the bottom. The gym was hot, with dried out wipes. I was going write that there were no cockroaches, but the morning we planned to leave there was on crawling on the wall.

Rooms had great ac that kept the rooms very cool, it felt very wet though, bathrooms had other people's hair that did not belong to anyone in our party. We had a suite with a pull out couch but no sheets. Not somewhere we would stay again.
