Comfort Suites Mobile-South Alabama University Area

The room were very spacious. And beds were comfy. Bathroom floor needed mopping

Clean and quick check in Breakfast was terrible

Breakfast was terrible

Exceptional

Nice The receiption not propresional

Toilet was leaking . Light wouldn’t cut off

Room was a little un-clean as far as the bathroom with hair and the coffee cup lids had been there awhile because the lids didn’t have a cover to keep it sanitary and ended up having a dead bug stuck to it. Other then that the rest of the room was good, bed was comfortable and staff was really nice.

Remodel was very nice , parking good and walking distant to food

N/A * The bathtub had standing water and visible rust marks, which raised concerns about cleanliness and proper drainage. * The bathroom light was broken, making the space difficult to use comfortably. * The iron was not functioning, which was inconvenient for preparing clothing. * There was a noticeable humidity/moisture issue in the room, affecting the overall comfort of the stay. * The bathroom had half-used tissue rolls left behind, which gave the impression that the room had not been fully checked and restocked before arrival. Within my two night stay, house keeping never came

The room was clean but it smelled really bad of cleaning supplies and then not sure if I smelled mildew and they were trying to cover it up.

Staff was very nice clean rooms

Blood was on the sheets and the curtains and on the lamp.

I gave the staff a 4 star rating because I didn't have any contact with anyone besides the lady at the front desk when I checked in.

Comfortable, affordable, clean.

Water wasn’t going down in the tub, the rugs in the room smelled awful, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, the foldable bed was a literal painnnnnnnn. My family will NEVER go back.

Quiet area. Fairly clean. Staff was rude and food was okay, toaster broken, syrup machine not working.

Don't have much good to say about this hotel. First, my room smelled of mildew and the carpet felt moist under my feet. Breakfast left much to the imagination. I ended up leaving and staying at a friend's family who lived locally due to the room smell being so overwhelming.
