Fairview Inn and Suites

I had a very nice and quiet stay.

My stay was great. The room was 100% clean and comfortable and so were the towels, sheets, and blankets. The staff was great, as usual. I what a very nice and relaxing stay.

The floor was so dirty I had to walk with shoes on the pillow cases smelled like they ain't been washed in years and I think they were supposed to be white and oh man don't get under the covers Period...

The room was very clean and so we're the towels and bedding. It was a very nice and quiet stay and the staff was helpful and professional. The pool was very inviting so I will try to make it down there to check it out next time. Still, no wifi access in my room, but I slept very comfortably and very well.

Their hotel as clean as they can keep it, their staff is helpful, they have a working pool, drink machine, and ice machine. The only thing is that I had no wifi service in my room(I had to move around the hotel to search for wifi connection), their towels, blankets, sheets need to be renewed, their couches need to be deep cleaned or either replaced for cleanliness, and their walkways and stairs need to be powerwashed. Other than that, Fairview is a great hotel and their staff is professional.

Brought our stuff into the room; turned on the A/C & black particle's started floating around the room. When I sucked in something, I said “that’s it” & we packed up & left. Went to a different hotel !!! 😠

The bathroom was nasty I had to bleach it down. The sheets not clean.

The first 2 minutes walking in we already saw bugs running on the floor

We had 4 adults in the room and only 2 towels, I had to request every day (went into office) one evening I was told we could at first they had no towels available .When I questioned that he said we could only have the 2 towels that were in the room, I told him no they there were 4 adults he gets a 3rd towel I tell him No again and he gets 4th towel and washcloths I requested. This went on until we checked out yesterday! The tv did not work! We opened handheld and found batteries corroded and I requested batteries and he gave you me we replaced and TV still did not work do I called office and guy came up something on back of tv was issue so we hit a picture he left, then we had no volume and had to get close to hand press volume and would not go up very much and we all could not hear it. Tub did not drain when we were taking shower water stood in water hot if that was how you took shower, in fact tops of my feet burned yesterday morning due to water standing in shower. They never changed sheets on bed and in fact my sheets had cigarette burn holes in them and stains. The others said theirs did as well! It was a VERY unpleasant horrible experience!!

Cost. Yup that's it. Property, pool was gross, no towels, no coffee, no breakfast, prostitutes, the list goes on....

I didn’t like the fact that I had a nonsmoking room that smelt like cigarettes and weed. When I reported it all they said was ma’am no one been in that room. So that being said customer service wasn’t all the at great.

Room wasn’t neat a clean, dirty stained towels was in the room. The guy that checked us in was awesome and sweet but the man that came to knock on room door the morning of checkout was mean and rude. And had a nasty attitude would never check in here again

The lobby is clean, the staff pleasant, and the beds are very comfortable.

room were missing smoke alarms. one wheel on the desk chair. sheets are very old with holes. cleaner are very rude. no breakfast. AC is perset around 73. First room TV has a black line going through the middle of the screen. not to mention it had cockroaches but that's pretty common down south.

I like the jacuzzi in the bathroom. The place could have been cleaned better. I moved the nightstand and there was a pile of dirt and trash. Around the edge of the tub there was grimy crusty stuff on the tub. Had to clean the tub before using it. The air conditioner / heater smelled like pee pee. The sheets and blankets on the bed smelled like they were been on the bed for weeks or months and is stinky. The place needs to be updated. And only one or two lights worked. The two lights that buy the bed didn't work at all. You couldn't hardly see in the room. Maybe that's why they don't clean it very well.

DO NOT use this hotel. Mold was everywhere, bedframe, pillows. Stains all over sheets. It was nasty!

The property was terrible. My child was supposed to have a birthday party with a few people and they said at the last minute that no guests were allowed and the power went out and when we checked out they didn’t even give us a refund for the room. The service was TERRIBLE!
