Staff was mean and rude, paid extra to stay til 2pm and we was harassed after I showed and told proof I paid extra for a late checked out. Got kicked out way before my check out time and didn’t get my money back. Would never stay here again.

Ur staff isn't professional at. On the phone while talking to me. I got stuck in ur elevator almost 6 mins. Broke out from the dirty sheets on the bed. It was very loud in the hallways couldn't get no sleep n had work the next morning. Hot water was cold. N the air conditioning wasn't working right. I had 2 rooms. N me n my kids n husband had to pile up n one room cuz of the ac unit. So I wasted money. Nun but the wifi

Location was great. FYI: booking.com says there is no parking, but of course there is! Booking.com also says deposit is $25 & must be cash, but they actually have a $50 deposit & it can be on a cc. I like that. It will be easier to dispute if it is not refunded. It was probably clean, just didn’t feel that way. The room seemed cleaner than the hallways. The outer door to the parking lot did not always lock. Sometimes I was able to get in without a pass/room key.
