SureStay Plus by Best Western Mobile I-65

This was one of the most terrifying hotels I’ve ever been to in my life. Doors are off hinges, there’s full on garbage in hallways stairwells, homeless in the back, carpet in hallways were black from wear while sides were the normal color. First room they gave me was made up, but opened the bed and the sheets were not washed. Moved rooms and was staying by myself, the next room TV didn’t work, AC half worked and was very loud, no coffee pot, towel has mascara and strange men wandering around the hallways with doors cracked open. Locked myself in the room and as soon as I woke up from what little sleep I had I checked out and they will not give me a refund. I was afraid to even take the elevator so forced to take stairs where it smelled like drugs, dirt and actual trash laying all over the steps. I tried to get the breakfast on the way out but there was one apple, Cooker on but nothing in it, no creamer. It should be condemned. And now stuck paying for two hotels rooms for two nights.

The hotel was dirty when we arrived. We contacted the staff and the room was cleaned up nicely. There was no coffee pot in the room,

We were in the middle of booking our stay and it switched it to the next day since it hit midnight. They literally just took our money, as we were passing thru and it made it the next day. I wouldn't recommend booking.

The room we were put in clearly had not been cleaned or new sheets put on. The room he moved us too had roaches. The breakfast was nothing available at 0730 in the morning. Dirty gross place.

The cleanliness of the towels and bed linen is terrible. I found it very pleasant and the design beautiful, but my sheets had yellow stains and one of the towels I went to use for my face was stained with blood and dark marks it was a truly disgusting

Ice machine didn't work drink machine doesn't work you have to push the entertainment system over to plug in the microwave work room wasn't clean and doesn't have a phone inside of it the juice machine at breakfast didn't work staff was pretty good the pack of soap was open that was in the restroom look like it was used overall that was my visit

The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom wasn't clean

Overall, the property was in a convenient location and attractive for a very reasonable price. We had spacious enough rooms with fridge and microwave. There were upgrades that were very nice, especially bathroom sink. Great air-conditioning and hot water in the shower. However, they needed to invest more in the laundry service for towels and sheets. I believe they were self-doing and they need to hire a service or invest in better machines, and/or possibly replace these items more frequently. More attention needs to be given to drapes and sofas. Attempts to remove spots on the sofas were not successful I don't know how you would DYI fix this without investing or simply removing furniture pieces.

Quiet, cheap and safe enough, fairly empty. Very convenient to I-65. In a row with 6 or 7 similar laborer/construction worker motels. Carpet in room was very dirty and almost damp. There was no drinking water available besides tap water, in the vending machine or in the fitness center.

Better up keep with the rooms , it's a bit old fashion

Room was adequate but no tissues or hot temp cups. i saw one roach in bathroom. a bit noisy from parking lot in back and room above

Room had ants, key card hardly worked, breakfast was just boiled eggs cut up sausage and cereal
