no breakfast. left early room smelled bad. carpet felt funny under foot. coffee maker only had decaf and was dusty.

It was close to the interstate, restaurants and shopping. It was a little tucked away from the road but overall our stay was good.

Convient for last minute. Room smelt like smoke and it was humid in there. Old ruggs and somethings need to be up to date. Grime around the tub and some carpet was pulled up. The sheets when lifted had some hair and little stains underneath as well. When you moved the mattress there was dust and hair below the head board. The shampoo and conditionor and body washwere bigger bottles and they were used previously. I would recomend the smaller bottles that are fresh and only used per person instead of a bottle everyone used. The description online said breakfast included and they said that we had to pay for it seperately. I paid 190 plus got my deposit back but i guess you get what you paid for.

I messaged the hotel the day before my arrival, again early the morning of my arrival, and once more right before boarding my flight to confirm the shuttle arrangements. I received no response before my flight. The hotel finally responded while I was in the air. When I landed and called, I was told they did not have shuttle service available during the time of my arrival. Because of this, I had to pay $36 for a rideshare to the hotel. What made this even more frustrating was the response I received at the front desk when I explained that I had repeatedly tried to contact the hotel. The response was essentially, “Sorry, I don’t know who worked last night.” There seemed to be very little concern about the fact that I had made multiple attempts to confirm an advertised service and received no response. Had someone answered any of my messages, I could have planned accordingly or chosen another hotel. The condition of the hotel was just as disappointing. As soon as I entered the lobby, I noticed a strong mildew smell. I have asthma, so this was particularly concerning and triggering for me. The smell was even worse in my room. The carpet was visibly stained, the floor felt damp, and the property overall did not feel very clean. There was also a noticeable smell resembling bug spray or pesticide. Overall, a horrible hotel stay!

All amenities were locked and you had to request another key to be able to use them. There are not stairs that lead to and from the rooms, ONLY emergency exits.

I got to this location, told I was at the wrong location, left, called the hotel listed in my email only to learn I was at the right location, and returned. It's South not North fyi. The floor in my room was wet from the refrigerator, maintenance wasn't available. I didn't get fresh towels the next day. I was told that I had to walk my used/ dirty towels down to the front desk in order to get new ones from the front desk (I was on the 4th floor). But I walked through the hallways with dirty towels. The TV was not a smart TV. Breakfast tickets were on regular printing paper that was written on. I will NEVER come back. But the sales associate that was there upon my arrival was too sweet.

The Front-Desk and in-house staff were very kind and helpful. I always enjoy my stay at Holiday Inn properties.

Horrible breakfast. Scrambled eggs has egg shell pieces and they are over burnt. I didn’t others because I was upset after eating the above. Everything.

Friendly staff and cleanliness.! Room door was hard to close. Bathroom has dirty hand towel; which I did call front office desk to report that issue.! Towel was dirty stained and with hairs behind the hair dryer.
