Check in was rough, was asked if it was ok if tv didn't work then hit with a $50 cash deposit that they didn't have change for, so I had to go back to the car for it and gave them a fifty dollar bill. Checked in. Room wasn't filthy but wasn't nice at all. TV had no reception but was a flat screen and did turn on. But we just wanted a shower and a couple of hours sleep. I would say I'd probably stay there again if I was in the same situation at this point. Until the next morning. Holy cow! I went into the office to check out and get my Fifty back. I'm not sure if the lady was special but regardless should never interact with the customers. When I walked in she was folding sheets opposite the counter. And threw them down in the basket violently because she had to attend to me at the counter. Her attire was very professional, sporting her nightgown no bra and barefoot. Neither of us has said a word to this point but, it was very clear I was bothering her by being there. She ask me what room I was in, I told her and she walks from behind the counter past where she was folding sheets and through a door. About 5 or 10 minutes later she returned and finally returned my deposit. I learned from my traveling partner she went to the room and got the sheets and checked the room. Meanwhile I'm still wondering what the deposit was even for. It's a rest area quality stay with no tv at best. The deposit was more than the room and cash! Seemed like they try to make you give up on your $50!

Do not stay in this hotel, room smelled bad, 1 of the beds was broke, barely had hot water, the lady checking us out was rude, took her time getting us checked out.

There was no hot water, the TV didn’t work. The baseboards were decayed. The drapes were dirty and unhooked. The room smelled of smoke. The bathroom mirror was secured with long carpenter nails. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly.

Literal black mold in the shower. Refused to give me my deposit back after I brought it up.

It was a terrible stay a waste of my time and my money I wish I could get my refund staff ripped off customers with deposits 😕 just said ac didn't work blew out hot air tub was dirty a hole 🕳️ in the wall maybe someone was watching me from the room next door getting freaky terrible stay

This place was cheap. I always stay cheap. It bites you sometimes. Most people would not want to stay here for more reasons than I have space to list. I only require 5 things at a motel- bed, hot shower, flushing toilet, working AC, and television. The TV didn't work.

Many electric sockets did not work. The TV chord was cut so coins not watch tv. Towels smelled bad. The advertisement of the hotel was totally diseaving. Advertised breakfast… no breakfast. No coffee.

would not recommend. room was nasty tub was stained and dirty. Broken mirror and a hole punched through the bathroom door pillows were stained along with the sheets.

Demanded a $50 cash deposit despite no notice stating this prior to coming to the property. I should have left over that alone. Check in took 15 minutes as they acted as though they did not have any of my information and had no idea how to input it into their system. I told them I wanted assurances the room was clean and that the room would be refreshed everyday if I need to pay a deposit. They did nothing. Owners live on property and make tapping noises on the walls which we could hear. Lots of bugs and bites from the room. Trash from previous guests under the bed. Employees are nice enough but look haggard and barely functioning. Pool was disgusting. Stay away.

As far as customer service it was excellent but the room was another story.. The ac unit was barely working and you could clearly see the mold in it the tub was dirty, bowel movement was on the front of the toilet, the faucet to the sink didn’t work properly as well as the tv.. It was definitely an experience and for the price they should let people stay there for free oh and the towel were soiled with blood and dirt that was in the room for my use!! Digusting

I tried to book a room and it was overbooked and I didn't even get to stay and they didn't even take it off the website they're the most horrible hotel in Mobile Alabama do not stay here
