Super 8 by Wyndham Mobile I-65

Very deteriorated facilities and very deteriorated rooms.

this is a dangerous property, I drove from Texas. I was calling them from 9 o'clock to 12 o'clock. Nobody answered the phone when I arrived there at 12:03 they canceled my reservation and the property lights were so deemed the front desk. Clark was very shady. told me that she closed the book and she cannot offered me any room. I was stranded so bad. expediashould take this listing out.

Room clean, a/c good. building damaged trash laying around pool dark color ( did not swim )

The outside of it needs work and cleaning up, but looks is not everything.

The location was the only thing this place had going for it. Didn't like the fact pool was full of garbage and green water. The room only had one lock on the door. The light switch , didn't even have a face plate on it. There was garbage all over the place. The lobby getting half air conditioning. There was no stirring sticks or sugar for the coffee. BreakFast had a waffle iron , but nothing to take the waffle out of the waffle line with. Phones in the rooms didn't work. When addressing these issue the staff had no solutions for any of it. Management is difficult to get in touch with. Booking has been unable to contact them as well. Staff doesn't answer front desk phone. Really dissatisfied.

Nothing at all it looked like a crack hotel! Everything it was dirty trash everywhere! Didn’t look safe at all! Rooms smelled like smoke and no working pool! The place looks rundown! I called the front desk they never answered! I need a refund!

The young lady at the counter when I checked in was so helpful. The hotel as a whole need a cosmetic makeover. The water in the swimming pool was green, the grounds needed maintenance and the keycard did not work. The front desk clerk had to use a manual key to let me in. AWFUL. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!

The rooms doors are raggedy, dirty, the best thing about that place is the entrance and the lil party room

Bed was comfortable, however bedding was not clean, had some food residue on comforter. Sheets were fine. It is not a great place if you are traveling with children. My mama gut was going off the charts. Not clean, the floor was sticky and I made my kids keep their shoes on until they were sitting on the bed. Towels smelled and it did not have a fridge/kitchen like advertised. We stayed one night and that was plenty. If you are a man just looking for a comfy bed, this is for you, but I don’t recommend for families.

1. No towels in room. Staff said their wasn't enough towels to accomodate the hotel. 2. Floor was sticky 3. Pool was green and looked not sanitary, and was open. I owned a pool company. That was sickly looking and would definitely not pass chemical pH requirements 4 The day girl was more interested in playing on her phone. 5. My complaint was acknowledged with a response, "That’s just how it is at this hotel". The hotel was so run down, I inspected the entire room for bed bugs. My pillow smelt like head. Totally rediculous! Super 8 needs to remove this from being one of their properties, otherwise you will definitely turn people away from all of the other nice properties you have. I've always tried Super 8 as my first choice, but now I've experienced something I never want to experience again. Also, my complaint to corporate put me in touch with Wyndham trying to sale me a package. 😠 😡 😤

So far the laundry dude was super cool he helped me when I turned in my towels and he gave me new ones and was super nice! And then there was the lady when we checked in too, she was really sweet and she still is! Very helpful too. So is the Indian girl she seems very nice too. The poll was dirty and nowhere to wash clothes

This is the worst place I have ever stayed hands down! Stuff growing on the walls between the a/c and the window. Lots of people smoking pot and drinking in the parking lot. I rented the room site unseen. No towels or soap. I am 6-2”, 280 lbs and I not afraid of much but staying here scared me to death!! Checked in around 11:30 at night checked out at 5:00 am. Never stay here, took forever to check in and check out 1 person working the desk. Never again!

When a traveler books a double queen room, please deliver a double queen room

bed was ok no towels or drinking cups were in the room . the hard floor was wet and slipery and the carpeted floor was dirty

It was disgustingly dirty, we debated just sleeping in the car! Everything was filthy and there was piles of trash everywhere

Very bad. Front desk service was alright but the rooms are terrible
