There was water in the floor that blew in from under the door. The room stank. The desk clerk was rude and not friendly. Too 20 minutes to check in and we only stayed 45 minutes and decided to go home Everything

Place was completely filthy. We had to move rooms. First room ac didn’t work, water was everywhere and we had no towels and the phone did not work. Second room the tv did not work and we still did not have towels. Ac did not work in second room as well. Got back from a great day out looking to take showers relax and go to bed, tub was full of roaches. My children and I checked out I. The middle of the night to head back home to Louisiana.

Nothing Everything

Conveniently located. Property was not very clean, rooms had paper-thin walls, no towels are wash cloths in the room upon arrival, floors were sticky in areas. I will not be returning to the Days Inn 1-65 Mobile. But I got exactly what I paid for.

Floors were sticky and turned my feet black. One bath towel and wash cloth. Plug in did not work on two plugs. Bathroom light was dim and went back and forth from bright to dim.
-
Room was in terrible repair. Paint and plaster hanging down from the ceiling outside the room. No cover on the smoke alarm - don't know if it was working. Base of floor lamp was totally rusted and dirty. Gap of about 3/4 inch between door and door facing. Paint in room peeling. Surprised that Days Inn would allow this property to carry their name.

Floor was dirty…like actual dirt. The sheets smelled bad and they felt dirty.

The location was very convenient to the tennis center and the staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. The overall hotel needs a complete renovation. There were brown spots on ceiling tiles in my room, the door to our room had at some point been kicked in with a visible gap at the bottom when it was locked, the chair for the desk had "pleather" peeling off and almost touching the ground, and the tv came on, but no cable or anything at all to watch. The cleanliness of the room was bad... there was a roach in a corner (at least it was dead so I'll give them that), a bar of soap with pubic hair on it on the top of the shower curtain rod, and I had stuff stick to the bottom of my feet when I walked around barefoot like it had not been sweeped in a long time.
-
Nothing. Not clean at all. Half of the stuff in the room didn't work. Very nasty walkways and shady people.

Nothing Didn't stay at this place it wasn't safe operating as a extended stay. Broken windows, unclean , misrepresentation of pictures posted on app vs real.

This was by far the worst I have ever experienced. After a long night of traveling we arrived and check around 130AM. As soon as we arrived to the 2nd floor we are greeted with room 200 the lights on curtains open a perfectly clean room, pillows perfectly positioned linens folded neatly awaiting for the next guests. We get down to our room We enter into room 210 our designated room. It was absolutely the dirtiest room I’ve ever encountered. The linens hadn’t been changed, they were dirty with blood stains dirt stains the pillow cases had mascara and makeup on them. There were fruit knats flying around, zero toilet paper, smoke alarm was not connected on the wall. Dirt filled the walls. I immediately went to the front desk asking for help, room change and all that could be done was fix the immediate problem. We didn’t feel safe the property should not be allowed to operate with this conditions. After a few hours my daughter and I decided to grab our suitcase and get out of there. After speaking with the morning staff I learned the manager wouldn’t be there because it’s Friday, and would not able to be reached due to only working Monday-Friday. Notified Hotels.com who had an extremely difficult time getting in touch with the property. We found a much nicer hotel for the same price we will never come back to this establishment again.
