Springhill Suites Mobile

The night clerk was nice It was mold in my bathroom. The tub did not drain. Housekeeper didn’t come a clean my room . My trash and dirty towels was not picked up. It was the worst hotel stay I have ever had

This SpringHill was not up to the usual SpringHill Marriott standards that I am used to. It was in desperate need of refurbishment. the couch had stains all over it and lost its support in the cushions. The bed frame had stains on it. The walls in the bathroom needed to be patched cause there was water damage. There was stains on the carpet and the breakfast was not great. Sausages were burnt biscuits were dry and when the oatmeal ran out I asked if they were going to bring more and the lady said no with an attitude. Also the TV’s that were in the dinning area were all having screen and sound malfunctions

The hotel seems to be older. The rooms are small and dark. The beds are very uncomfortable and old spring worse in hospital. It took an hour to check us in at night either the front desk guy does not know how to work computers or he’s non-knowledgeable very uncomfortable.

The carpets, the walls, also the "fresh clean towels" needs to be checked for others people hair before hanged in the bathroom for next guests. We had no hot running water, the sink was completely clogged, no hand soap. The only good thing was the front desk employee working hard (going through 2 other rooms) to find another one with running hot water. The couch had cushions with rips and holes in them, very dirty. The pool was gross, the water was so murky, you could not see the bottom of the pool. Cigarette buds were floating in the water. The pooldoor to get back in the hotel was broken, you had to go back to the front of the hotel to get back in. Breakfast was inexistent. Some stale bagels and some grits, nothing else, just a piece of printed paper where they are informing the guests that they are operating on very limited supply and they are expecting the truck with supplies to arrive "today". Made me question how many days have that piece of paper been posted there saying that the truck is arriving "today". We've stayed in many Springhill Suites, they all were indeed excellent stays, but this particular one...not sure what happened there. What is Marriott corporate doing, do they check on them? You can see with clear eye the hotel has been let down. Do better Springhill Suites by Marriott.

I stayed at this hotel for six nights and was disappointed with the cleanliness. The carpet was dirty, and the couch in my room had noticeable stains. I was also surprised that housekeeping wasn’t provided daily—I had to call to request room service during my stay. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not stay here again.

Great property. No complaints.

Needed some updates, paint, and not super clean (carpets and walls)... Could not use pool it was raining and quite small. Bag of bedding was not complete with things needed for pull out bed and big stain on pullout bed mattress.. Room was really nice and big, with a beautiful big bathroom, with 2 shower heads in the shower.. Breakfast was better than most places that you have abreakfast.

Quick, overnight stay for our family. Suite was comfy but had small issues like a missing bathroom door handle and several large red floor stains. Check in was a breeze and staff was great!

This was our first time staying at this hotel. And the reviews were accurate. The front desk staff were very friendly and informative. They were switching over to a new OS so they informed us we might get two bills because the new system might generate a second bill. They said we were only being charged once. So good. Panic over double charges averted. The breakfast was good. Not a big selection but good nonetheless. The room was clean. Overall a great place for an overnight at a great price. The parking lot was almost full, but we found a spot. The lighting was good too. Thank you.

The breakfast buffet was not good at all, the quality of the things in the buffet was very poor, feels like they did not want to spend even a $ per person on the breakfast, very disappointed :-(

Upon check in the front desk agent was very personable and attentive. However, when entering the room there was an odor. Also in the bathroom there seemed to be something on the wall. Other than that, the stay was last min to attend a wedding.

I noticed they are still making improvements and restoring the property. I also stayed here in 2025 and could see a noticeable difference when I returned a year later. If all goes well, I hope to return in 2027 and see even more updates. The hotel is in a good area, and I felt safe during my stay.
