The carpets were extremely dirty. We were told the rooms were pet free and told only a certain floor was pet friendly. I have kids that are allergic to pet dander so this was important. Our floor also had dogs in rooms next door so that was false information. The pets had pooped and peed all over the carpets on the hallway. Breakfast items were limited- when asking staff for even coffee they were out of items within 30 mins of breakfast start time. Staff seemed always angry with people. Our bathtub was clogged all the time so showering was a pain and disgusting.

Room dirty wit stained floors and scuffed walls, towels had pubic hair and blood, hotel was generally grody, breakfast had been ransacked and was like the hotel. Whatever good reviews they had in the past are no longer

There were some things that needed repairs in the room. TV stopped working one nite. We asked for towels and got 1 set for both of us. We could here everytime some took a step above our room. The parking lot flooded when it rained heavily.

Very nice,room for six.Pool was small,but still nice. Breakfast,o.k. people got up at 7 a.m. and.ate everything, we waited for food,to be replenished eat breakfast, but otherwise fine. Good coffee and tea bar.

Carpet was just plain nasty in room. Breakfast was decent. Would be a great place if they replaced the carpet and reprimanded the staff. Have a nice day.

They should move the tvs closer to the beds...felt like I was gonna strain my eyes/neck trying to see. They should also keep plastic utensils in the room. Other than that...I can't wait to book again in the future.
