Staff were impeccable! N/A

The staff were noticeably friendly and attentive on check in. The hotel is really nice inside. Sadly we did not get chance to use the pool but the other facilities were great. Room was a nice size and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice and re-stocked nicely. Great location also. Walking distance from restaurants and bars. The only thing that we didn't like was the annoying floor buzzer in the elevator! But in all seriousness that was all.

Great stay, favorite place in downtown Mobile.

The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Location was A+++. The breakfast was OK. I didn’t care for the sausage and eggs, but there were several other options including waffle maker and cereal for the kids. There is also a Dunkin Donuts right inside the hotel. Over all, great service, clean room and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our extended weekend here and will stay again if in the downtown Mobile area. Great location for walking to see parks, historical sites, art and murals as well as quick access for driving to sites like Dauphin Island, Bellingrath and Mobile Museum of Art. Our room was clean, spacious and well appointed with any amenities you would expect. Breakfast was good with a couple of hot offerings each day and the staff worked to keep all filled and cleaned. Great gym area my husband used and smaller courtyard pool we didn't use but seemed to be active with summer travelers. We thought the on-site parking to be affordable for a downtown location. Overall, a very positive experience for both of us.

Exceptionally clean. Loved the greeting on the T.V. That good ole Southern Hospitality right there. Excellent location and comfy beds. The staff were great, good breakfast. Would definitely stay again! A few visible strands of hair left in the shower. However, I do not believe this was due to a careless or intentional mistake. I could tell the bathroom had been cleaned

We arrived in the morning via the train. We were allowed to leave our bags at the hotel until our rooms were ready. We went adventuring in the city. Within an hour, the hotel called to say our room was ready. Well before check in. The room was spacious, clean and cool. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Also, due to last minute flight changes, I arrived a day later. I called at 3pm on the date of original arrival to cancel that first night and the hotel did so with no questions. They also allowed me to check in early when I did arrive. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn - adequate - but the serving area and dining room was clean and tidy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel and great location. Would stay again.
