The location The staff, paying to park where I paid to stay, and the staff walking into my room while I was dressing.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

While I did receive two breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience, this token gesture does not compensate for the consistently poor service I’ve received. Additionally, the requirement to pay for parking or valet, combined with unhelpful staff, has made this my worst hotel experience. I’m extremely dissatisfied and will not return. I strongly urge the management to address these issues to ensure future guests do not have a similar experience.

The admiral is a gem in downtown mobile. The staff is outstanding. I was not able to eat at the steakhouse, but everyone in town knew of it and said it was great. I did go to the living room bar, which was awesome. Where did you just come from? What were you doing inside answering a bunch of emails

i swear this property has a slight smell.. but i rated 5 stars anyways. super affordable, great staff, great hotel in general. room got super cold and comfy, the curtains are a little annoying to raise and lower though. it’s in a super nice area, super close to everything. i would say the photos match the vibe of this place very well.
