Very nice staff and amazing skyline bar with great drinks and beautiful views of the city and the breakfast was fulfilling and fast service front desk lady’s was very nice and sweet.

This review will be short and simple. I booked a 3 night stay and after the first night and when I woke up in the morning, turned on the light, I woke up the cockroach in my room. I checked out of the hotel and when I asked about a refund for the remaining two nights, I was told to contact Expedia since I booked and paid through their website. When I contacted Expedia the Customer Service Rep had to contact the Holiday Inn property manager about my refund. The property manager refused to refund for the remaining two nights but offered to place me in a different room, as if other rooms wouldn't have cockroaches. I am disappointed with Expedia for not helping with the refund and will no longer be using Expedia to book my travel plans. I went to another, much nicer, hotel for the the remaining two nights in Mobile.

Limited but free parking which is nice. Rooms are clean and decent but the hotel lobby was in need of some organization and there were boxes stacked against the wall at the entrance.

The front desk clerk Shaumanite Wilson was so sweet we requested a early check in it happened she told us about near by attracting,foods to help us celebrate our anniversary. No complaints
