NOTHING Run down, smelled like pee, bugs, no functioning phone or TV, burnt down rooms. You think I stayed at this dump? NOPE.

Honestly nothing the beds had nold the floors were dirty the labos were nasty and didn't work the tc didn't work the phone was so dusty it looked like it hadent been cleaned in months the bathroom had nasty tooth paste all ober mirror the act had scum all over it then there was breakfast the chairs were all ripped the ine I sat at looked ro ha v e pee on it an others feet wet it was very unclean the waffle maker had no spay annit alao had no mix the oj was sunny d not oj the whole stay for $110 was gross and disgusting I would never recommend an should be refunded..mold in beds come on? How can you rent room so gross an nasty an charge the cost yall do? Listed above

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! You should be ashamed to have a connection with this Hotel!! We left an hour after check-in to the Holiday Inn across the street!! NO ONE should book a room in this Hotel… it was TERRIBLE!? Cleanliness, the door ACTUALLY locking, ice machines working (TEN were inoperative)… complaint made to front desk… and she became argumentative towards my wife!!

Upon my arrival at 6:00 pm the front desk attendant was having a very aggressive and loud argument with a guest. The guest stated that someone from the staff entered his room with a card key (unannounced) thinking he was gone, then ran out when he appeared from the restroom. He was demanding to know why, and the attendant kept repeating..”I don’t know, it ain’t that serious”. He stated there was no valid reason, also demanding a refund and management. We paid double to book last minute at another facility but it was worth every moment of peace knowing we were safe. Never booking with facilities under 4 star ratings again.

Even though building is old the ac was incredible the bed was comfortable hot water amazing and to top it off the staff up front Manager and Shantell was beyond kind helpful and just lovely. The housekeepers was helpful and nice also maintenance guy was kind. They have a very clean wonderful pool. I am staying here again in a few weeks 100%. Outside of rooms need a good pressure wash and floors in room need better cleaning but nothing bad

The property was great. We love staying here. Location is walking distance to some places to eat and bars to have a drink. And also short drive to the Battleship The floors could have been cleaned better

Nothing!! the property was nasty furniture outside in hallways no hot water!! TVs didn’t work!! Wires hanging out from the AC/heater!! Shit in the toilet (see picture) stains on the bed liner!! The lady in the office was very rude from the time I walked in the office!! We ended up checking out and staying somewhere else!! Everything

liked absolutely NOTHING the fact you can’t reach the desk at night when you get off work late at night early morning they’ll purposely decline your call if you have a problem and go to the desk service is very RUDE

Location First room had a clogged tub filled halfway with nasty water and dirty soap on the shelf. 2nd room came with no towels and tv did not work.

Facilities in room were good.I appreciated the tea,coffee and microwave provided.Only 10 minutes walk from Amtrak.The inclusive breakfast was very good.I would stay again. Outside of rooms was a bit tatty and needs smartening up.

Quick check in, room was clean, right downtown perfect for our plans Woke up by housekeeping not once but twice before we checked out. Some of the rooms are bolted shut from the outside. I wouldn't be surprised if this place was leveled.
