The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff are friendly. Our room was lovely with a great view of the river and the port. My only issue was there was only 2 pods of coffee, and my husband and I would have loved having a second cup. We would have also appreciated at least two bottles of water in the room as well, since it is mid-summer in Mobile and ferociously hot. Otherwise everything was good.

The landscaping in courtyard needed some work. Saw weeds taking over some flowerbeds.

The entire staff was professional, accommodating and made sure our stay was phenomenal. The restaurant food was outstanding and our entire stay was amazing.

We had the breakfast Buffett and was really impressed with the variety and selections. Omelet station was amazing. Room was spacious and cleans and quiet. Staff was great and helpful also

Location was great, right in the city and easy to find off the main road. Decor was very chic and we had a great view on the 17th floor. Glass elevator was a nice touch, even though I dont like to look lol Had a small issue with our keys, was actually given the wrong room at first so was trying to get into someone else's room.
