Everything was good. And the hotel is located in a perfect area around everything.

Guest service could be more friendly but the lady doing the breakfast was amazing.

Great location, great staff , and even housekeeps that actually care

From the minute we checked in we knew there was a major AC problem. The humidity inside was horrendous. We had driven 7 hours and arrived after 11pm so were too tired to change hotels and it was prepaid. The hotel room was beyond outdated, I would say 1985? However the shower was hot and the bed was very comfortable, the room is huge. Weirdly large. Therefore we almost needed binoculars to see the TV. There was no coffee for the coffeemaker in the room and fridge had been left on warm setting. I have stayed at two Hilton’s in a month and won’t stay with them again. Oh and the staff? Ignored us completely as they were seated at the bar during check out on their phones.

The walls were water stained. The ceiling was cracked. The tub did not drain properly. I was there from Sunday through Friday housekeeping never came to my room not even when I went downstairs and asked the lady at the front desk to bring me extra towel towels, empty my trash and give me coffee supplies for my Keurig machine. The pool was out of service the whole week the ice machine on my floor did not work. In addition to all this, the fire alarm kept going off and the entire building all through the night all through the day they had to keep resetting it. It woke me up at midnight it was horrible.

This was the owrse experience on a Hilton Hotel. The never clean my room in four nights that I was there, even if I requested. Every single night my door key didn't work, I had to come down to replaced it. They left me without towels one day. Two days I report that the men's restroom did not have soap in the lobby area. I couldn't use the swiming pool when I arrived because they were cleaning the pool, on my last morining I wanted to go swimming and I couldn't because they were still cleaning the pool. Very hot on the lobby area, no AC. Terrible days on that property.

Loved the comfy beds, overall feel was clean however I did not use shower due to an u known black charcoal looking stain in the tub of room 318. Pool and hot tub were not disclosed at time of booking as green & out of order, ice machine on 3rd floor also out of order. Would reconsider stay if repairs made due to fabulous location and great beds.

Just ok. Area around the hotel a little “rough”. With all the hotels around you would think it would be a better area. Close to restaurants and stores. I had to ask for towels, and I was given work out towels because they were out. This is basically a hand towel… fun times. 24 hour coffee was broken all days we were there, but you can buy some at their bar..You have to pay for breakfast.

The carpet was dirty. I wore two separate pairs of socks when I was in the room, they were both pairs black after a three day stay. No one our room on the day it should have been cleaned and the trash was never picked up.

The hotel is a bit dated

The property is clean and well maintained, but the pool was closed during our stay. Staff is amazing, very friendly.

Tv didn’t work none of the days. Pool was closed and ice and coffee machine was broke . No handicapped parkong

The pool was dirty so that was super disappointing. And the maid service was out of clean towels but everything else was GREAT!!
