Staff was too busy taking smoke breaks and on their personal cell phones to pay attention to the hotel's maintenance. Just very nonchalant about service..I've stayed here multiple times and by far this was the worse..change in management is needed..need to go room by room to check for upgrades needed in order to complete with the new Drury inn coming next door..I'll be staying there next time due to poor staffing and just nonchalant staff ..night team members were a bit better at least they pretended to care and say hello! Should have asked for a refund..it was that bad!!

First the door to room was so heavy and it stuck being that there was a handicap person renting the room he had trouble opening the door and when the door was closing the door would shut so hard it almost knocked me down. The shower was so slippery that my handicap partner could not use it without me holding him up. I understand that the hotel did not do free breakfast you had to pay to eat, really I thought that the Hilton name stood for something but even the cheapest hotels offer free breakfast. The carpet in the rooms was so wore out it looked so old and dirty. And the maid service only serviced the rooms every other day

The room, staff, and food was outstanding. Not a complaint, just a note that the Hot Tub was ooo.

The broken ice machine, then the breakfast was supposed to be free but was a price and pool open, then pool closed for maintenance, like which one is it. Bottle of water 3$ gtfoh…

For the price you pay for a room ,breakfast should be free.... we had to pay $7.99 and $12.99 for breakfast ... Just thought that was odd ... any other hotel you stay at breakfast is FREE..

The breakfast is not included in the stay. You have to pay for it and it’s not anything special.

The staff was professional.

Only issue was an odor in the room and the bathroom grout was black and not clean. Great staff, great location for my needs!

The outside common areas were unkept and sloppy, trash in the parking lot. The front desk staff were cordial and able to assist me. The lobby and hallways had no air conditioning and the front desk area had a plug in box fan on top of the back counter. 😳 I did not have time to try the complimentary breakfast, the pool was closed, and I did not need the laundry facility or business center. I don't feel it was a good value for the rate and added pet fee. I will more than likely not recommend the hotel nor would I stay there again.

Lobby was hot, front desk was not very informative , ice machine was broken on my floor, the fitted sheets didn’t fit the bed, no housekeeping during stay.

I enjoyed the room and the atmosphere

The staff was helpful, but on my last day I left some chips and nuts on the table and they were thrown out. Other than that, I was pleased with everything. It could have been an oversight on there part thinking it was trash.
