Good price but everything cost a lot. A lot of people in the pool with murky water. People taking literally every table and chair for one group! Rude!

The rooms were very nice I didn't like being next to a room with crying baby and small kids playing. Was never allowed in the pool or spa it was to full of kids till 10pm so I was very upset about that.

Pretty decent considering how long its been around. Valet is slow as snails. Bar is packed service slow.

And the prices, you are charged for everything, ie parking, water, and coffee. I have had better stays at other hotels. And definitely more sleep.

It was very nice They charged for breakfast and bottles of water in your room. I think giving u two bottles of water without charging u would have been nice. A little chinsy if u ask me and no free breakfast. Won’t stay there again

Fresh hot cookies to greet.m Valet Parking was great but needed more staff. The elevator system key access is a bit much Arrival was a little congested with lack of valet on a super hot day.

Location The hotel is old and outdated

The hotel is in the center of Modesto, close to the train tracks. The train passes through about every 2 hours with a loud whistle at night. So every 2 hours you are being woken up by the train. I has to stay another night and asked if there is a good hotel close by which is quieter. Front desk staff, oh, if you had a room to the other side, it would have been much better. I initially asked for a quiet room, why would you not automatically assign to the quiet side?
