Super nice staff

Good coffee at the front desk.

Great value. Nice to have a laundry facility and mini fridge and microwave in the room. Perfect for the long road trip I'm on. Gated parking. Lovely GM and young man who worked the desk, polite and helpfull. Close to everything one could need. If cost effective is your thing, look no further

Parking's around the corner with a gate that closes 12-5 or 12-6, but there's some overflow parking on the main drag without a gate. I liked it because I didn't want to unpack all my stuff, left most of it in the car. Rough clientele, but seemed safe. That's what you expect in an inexpensive place. There's a very friendly cat who will say Hi in the parking lot and had a food dish outside. He seems to be a fixture. Surprisingly quiet all night. AC blows cold. Plugs for your devices, even for USB-A. Good hot water and pressure from the shower. Stocked with lots of towels.

I stayed for 2 nights, the firts night was good the room, but the second night provided other room was worse experience the bed has a sound the mattress has a hole i can't sleep correctly.

This hotel is very old outdated, not clean no amenities. Everything was out of stock. If not broken not a good area. The only positive thing about it. It is close to downtown Modesto.

The TV was small, and it wasn't working well, it shut off, the channels didn't line up with the guide and most channels said no signal. Apparently other person shared similar issue. I did call the front office (which I had to use "wake up " button which I felt was confusing... there was no front desk number or button to push. When I called and shared the TV issue they stated they would be up to check and they never showed.

Cost per night. My pet's were happy. People down on their luck I understand this problem.
-
I liked the the fact that they were very prompt on anything I asked

The staff was amazing. Everyone was really professional and really nice and welcoming. The property itself looks sketchy but once inside it’s not too bad what led me to my one star is that after waking up and getting everything ready to go we noticed a cockroach crawling on the bed. That’s the reason for my one star the b bathroom were clean. The room was clean. There was just a lot of roaches.

Staff is WONDERFUL
-
Anyhow. Motel is fine. Guests and or intruders are sketchy. Staff were all fine to interact with. Hot coffee in the lobby. Cute cat in the rear parking lot. Watch the convenience store next door. The prices are all very out of date.

Absolutely nothing i hated everything it was horrible druggies everywhere, homeless people in the parking lot all day and night, human feces on the stairs, no towels available it was horrible I will never go back here again!!
-
Roaches in the room and flies. And it smells like Marijuana. Never again
-
The room was spotlessly clean. The shower...the shower OMG!!! The water was hot and the shower stream was powerful. Maybe one of the best showers I've had... ever. The neighborhood was crawling with homeless people. They didn't bother me, but it didn't feel very secure.
