GREAT CHECK IN AND A NICE ROOM

As soon as me and my family with young children pulled up. We witnessed people doing drugs in the open and what looked like drug transactions. The lobby smelled really bad like cat pee and yes their was a cat inside. We ended up getting a refund and going to a different hotel.

Terrible service. The first room had trash on the floor and the furniture was dirty. If you cant pick up simple trash off the floor how can we trust the room is truly clean. Second room after we told the front desk about the first room had a stench that hit you in the face as soon as you walk in. And still there was trash on the floor. After all this front desk was still not very helpful or empathetic of our situation and we decided to leave. Still working on getting a refund after contacting Expedia.

My stay this time was better than my stay a couple weeks ago. Last time there was roaches galore in my handicap room upon awakening in the morning they were crawling on me and in my hair!😩, this time there was a couple in my regular room. Property is pretty clean that’s why I was so surprised encounter that many roaches.

My stay was just barely ok. I was really expecting better. The pictures on your web page made it look fabulous. Large room w/ deck-garden view. Actually the entire facility was older and dated. I could see dirt build-up in corners, bathroom had hair in shower and strands at base of toilet. Carpets looked surface clean but old and needing upgrade. I found and empty soda can under the bed. The deck is 12 to 18 inches deep, no way could you use it to sit and enjoy the garden view. Swimming pool shut down/ closed at 8PM - not real acceptable when you can’t check-in until 3pm and it’s still hot outside at 8pm. If pictures and conditions were truthful on listings-I probably wouldn’t have booked a room there. Otherwise the staff was really nice.

I like the value of the stay. Breakfast was included. The location was ideal. The pool was clean. I did feel safe and I accidently left my keys in my car and nothing was taken, pretty safe location. No ice machine on the second floor. No soda machines or any vending machines. Furniture does not have any outlets for charging phones outdated furniture. This hotel does not take cash app. The bed in our room was broken. A homeless man did come in for the free breakfast and it smelled until he left.

We do not recommend we stayed one night, as soon as we walked in the building it smelled dingy, we could barely stand the smell of the rooms, the carpet looked dirty bathrooms looked dusty, my husband looked at the ac and sure enough they were filthy, we woke up all congested, staff was friendly but looks like this place needs an upgrade.

Even though the hotel was kind of dirty the person that was in the office was helpful

room was DISGUSTING!!!!! blood and throw up all over the wall and curtains. Room smelled like smoke so bad it was horrible. Bed frame was completely broken. only good thing i can say was staff was nice and gave me a full refund since i was there LESS THAN 10 minutes after seeing how gross that room was.

Great room with balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool. Really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations.

Shame on you Expedia! You misrepresented the hotel! You charged $100+ for our stay with a five star rating!!! But when checking your site on Monday it reflected a 2 star rating for $32 a night!!!

Staff was fantastic

The walls in our room were filthy. The carpet had stains. The bathroom walls were dirty. The room was desperate for detail cleaning.

Room smelled very bad. First and last time staying at hotel no thank . Might as well stay at a motel 6

my girlfriend and i stayed two night due to pre booking for a wedding. the first room they put us in had a couple cockroaches. we didn't want to stay in the hotel but they stated because of the refund policy they have after we've been in the room they can't refund us. we asked to switch rooms and although it was an improvement of the bugs, the room wasn't a major improvement. there was some tears and old stains on the drapes that have been there for a while it looked like. the breakfast was included which was nice but it was a pretty basic breakfast. i wouldn't stay here again even for the 'cheap' price.
