Natalie at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I have a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend this place.

A fridge in every room would be amazing.

The parking was the very best part of our stay. Right outside our door. We booked this location with the expectation that it included a breakfast in the mornings. As a matter fact, I added the prior day (Thursday) to make it as convenient as possible for us. We were attending a convention and there were others staying there for the same Veteran event in town. It may seem like small issue on your end but, it was something that narrowed down my choice of places to stay.

Room and property were clean. Will visit again.

Everything went smoothly. Parking was great. Staff was so kind. They upgraded our room with a microwave and fridge at no charge. Room was clean, except it smelled like dog piss at first. Thank goodness for body sprays.

Older, but upgraded. Located on the nostalgic McHenry Blvd, it's a great place to stay and watch car shows and parades. Unfortunately, time has taken it toll on the area with homeless, etc. enjoying the location also.

Would definitely stay here again

Clean place to stay. Friendly staff. I knew they no longer provide breakfast, but was surprised there was no fridge or microwave, so I'm glad I didn't bring anything I needed to refrigerate this time. There was no dresser either. Only a small corner table and a nightstand. Thankfully, we only stayed 1 night. But it was clean and felt safe and I'd stay again.

People was friendly facilities were clean easy check in and out just one bad thing, hiding fees I use a third party reservation I use my card for a deposit and they charge deposit plus some other stuff it may be normal for them but I never see them charges in any other hotel anywhere most likely I won’t be returning there

Having two beds and another room with title flooring (with farm door) for my pets this was a plus. It enabled me too keeping the room cleaned. Having that door was a huge help, I was able to make many purchases Clorox wipes, short broom and dustpan, cat litter and Oder control, bags and old rags from working staff, paper towels, etc. Manger Katie Dunn at the beginning I inquired regarding the windows since this was my third stay at hotels Del Largo Patterson, Motel 6 Modesto and Ramada Modesto. The last two motels I noticed the windows were either locks, broken purposely or adjusted only to open less than one inch or about two inches gap every other room. It’s illegal and insulting that these windows not safety issues and a door to window (per Ms. Dunn) as she explained never made any sense like double standards talking, which were purposely setup via management via Wyndham. One the first day I was unable to breathe fresh air and the quality was old stale air. I also noticed the screens were none. I was unhappy and its manger doubled talking. Katie phone me stating I needed to move I’m thing WHY?? My body hurting tired I just sold my home really fast and packing the entire. I’m between homes and unable to fly with 5 pets but only 3 United Airlines allows 3 per person. Katie said my room was ADA room there are many other rooms but I was had to leave one could easily tell just looking as they were being cleaned. I was very upset, disappointed and really tired for no reason whatsoever. . I also noticed she brought along her sidekick strong arm the half shaven head with many keys she’s not cleaning staff but one who is strong arm who walks around when there’s trouble brewing I noticed her and Katie walking towards the trash bins some so call black guy in the bins looking for cans and plastic and she was again seen again when I was moving. She and Katie waiting for me during which I was given twice incorrect keys walking back and forth I informed Katie the room key didn’t work she left as she was taking to the other staff member at check in. I have the suspicion.that Katie and fight girl came believing negative issue to occur I’m 70 yrs of age!
