Front desk staff extremely rude. Booked a room with 2 beds, upon check-in after driving 6 hours was given a single room. They refused to give the room type booked. Very argumentative and not friendly. Would never recommend this budget motel to anyone. Customer service is the face of your business and this place is lacking that amenity.

EVERYTHING was dirty. Stains on the bed, stains on the headboards & walls. Leftover trash from previous customers. The towels had hairs and stains. We left a day early, couldn’t take it. We know it wasn’t rated the best, it was last resort. NEVER AGAIN.

I got relocated from work the following day I was there. I purchased a weeks stay for work and canceled immediately after I was relocated. The lady said she didn't have access to the website so she said she would see. After I left, no answer through text and no answer through phone. I recommend not to book to save a couple of dollars

Nice staff No air conditioning in room

When I in the room it was 92 degrees and took all night to cool the room down so I didn’t get much rest.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Pot hole in one of the side access to parking lot was only real downside.

Location is good, next to gas station and restaurants. Noone is at reception. Have to call a number for someone to come and check you in.

This motel is barely suitable for travelers.

The location , next to the highway Check in time is up to the manager's discretion and it was at 10:30pm. The bathroom smelled of feces from poor plumping, the shower was clogged, dusty counter tops furniture, beddings poor condition (smells) and pillow appears old ( Brown color)

check-in only AFTER 9:30 p.m.; office closed at check-out time; no breakfast available although property decscription says there is; TV was unplugged from satellite box - I fixed it for them; hot water barely hot enough.

It was quiet and i did get somr rest.

Sheets had stains on them booked a non-smoking room but the room smelled like someone had been smoking two packs a day in there for years even had an ashtray in the room. Wi-Fi was horrible and the water is hot hot only no cold or anything else, so showers were almost too hot hot bare.

The price & location to nearby ammenities. Bathroom was crude, no shampoo or toliet tissue.
